Don’t buy from Eddie or this Dealership!

Don’t buy from Eddie or this Dealership! They were not honest. I was looking for a new truck and came across a used one they had with only 2k miles. I asked Eddie please look over the truck for damage before I make a 2 hour trip. He said he saw nothing plus it was bought from Jeep corporate company and a executive drive it. Unfortunately it was raining all day when I saw the vehicle. A few hidden things not noticeable in the rain. What really makes me mad is they knew of the damage. They detailed the vehicle and I am 💯 certain they would have seen the dents near the crease of the door in the rear. I paid almost 60k for a truck with 2 k miles and I am told by Eddie it’s not a New vehicle expect Blemishes. Yet before the sale he is trying to convince me the vehicle is like new! So Eddie is not honest and either is the Dealership because they flat out said there is nothing they are willing to do. Any Dealership with that attitude after a sale shouldn’t get your money. Plenty of honest places out there. Also they said the oil was changed when the ran it through the shop, yet the vehicle still says 75% so now I even question that. Don’t Buy from Eddie or this Dealer. My experience at least was horrible!!

This must be a robotic response. Never a follow up. The lady at the dealership said she made sure my name and number was on his desk. Never heard back. I gave up calling. If your looking for a car new or used, you might want to look elsewhere. Imagine you buy a new car with a warranty issue? Trying to get a hold of someone with authority at this dealership is next to impossible. I definitely feel ignored. Reviews actually mean something in this world and it’s too bad places like this don’t value the customer concerns. Seems to be all about the initial sale and on to the next. At least in my case it was. Anyone who read my review until this point, your welcome! I just saved you a possible headache!!

I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. Two years in a row I went for inspection. My car has very low mileage. Last year's inspection I put about 2-3K on the car from the previous inspection and suddenly needed tires, brakes and rotors. This year I put about 3K on it from last inspection and ALL of my lug nuts were bad so I replaced them, very expensive, then was told not all of them were bad. I would suggest if you are a woman, have a man bring the vehicle in for service so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

No shuttle service provided

No courtesy car or shuttle service, so unfortunately no business. Doesn’t matter how good the mechanics are if no practical way to drop off car and pick up.

If it was possible to give a 100 minus review for this dealership I would. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from them, run the other way! They broke our truck, canceled our lifetime warranty, had to have our truck towed out of their dealership to be fixed. Lied too, ignored, we were without our truck for a month. Also we were twenty plus years customers of this dealership, will never be a customer again. Everyone that works there should be ashamed of what they did. Also ignored the Better Business Bureau.

Please, Kurt you ignored the issue in October, November and December. I just want everyone to read this review, and know that you took advantage of my husband and did nothing. You had a chance through the Better Business Bureau to rectify this issue and did nothing. You lost a loyal customer, and that will steer people away from your business.

Update: Changed to 4 stars. After I left my 2 star review, Joe responded that he could order my front bracket via Amazon and send it to me. The overall experience with this dealership was good, and would have given 5 star review if my emails and texts regarding the plate frame would have been answered more timely. Not receiving a timely response made me feel as if I was being ignored. I would go back to this dealership again, but won’t ask for a front plate bracket...LOL Initial contact and sale went okay. I traveled 92 miles one way for my car. Joe was our salesman and the virtual experience prior to arriving at the dealership and the pickup of my car went fine. BUT, my car did not come with a front license plate bracket and we were promised this would be sent to us (NYS requires a front plate). This was back on 12/19/2020 and I still have not received it. I keep getting "I will check the status". I realize it is just a $25 dollar part, but they promised and once I drove off the lot seem to just not care. I of course had already filled out their survey giving them great reviews. Wish I had waited now so that the survey would have been more accurate.
