Purchased brand new truck, broke down 5,000 miles in. Truck will not be looked at for min of 4 days later and no loaner vehicle offered. I've never seen such poor customer service and will not consider purchasing a vehicle here again.

Eddie and the entire staff at Tunkhannock Auto were awesome as usual. With service like this this crew is converting this Ford guy to a dedicated Dodge guy.

Recently purchased a new Dodge Durango from Tunkhannock Auto Mart. Eddie was our sales rep. Have dealt with Eddie in the past. He explains and takes the hassle out of buying a vehicle. He was patient with us in explaining the price of the vehicle, all applicable rebates, and even reminded us of the money we had available to put down from the Pompeys Diamond Rewards program that we had on our other vehicles. Eddie was knowledgeable about the Durango, showed us how the options worked on the vehicle. Eddie is friendly and easy to talk with. He makes you feel like a family member and you feel right at home with him and all of the people we deal with at Tunkhannock Auto Mart, from the sales floor all the way back to service and parts departments. What a pleasure to deal with all of the people!

This was was my first time at Tunkhannock Auto Mart and I have to say I couldn't have been more impressed. Everyone in the dealership was friendly; you could tell it was a family dealership. I cannot say enough about by Eddie Schwarztrauber...hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. If I could give him ten stars I would.

After making repeated efforts to work with this dealership, I am at a true loss. My phone calls were not returned, my money was not valued, and I truly feel like this dealership did not want to sell a car to me. The experiences embodied true unprofessionalism and left me with quite the frusturating experience, especially with the sales manager who blatantly disrespected me when I tried to reach out. I will not go back to this dealership, and I recommend that people look elsewhere. I rarely write reviews, but I've never had an experience like this at a dealership before and am shocked that it occurred.

Eddie took excellent care of my purchase! He got exactly the car I want d and was very accommodating with every aspect! This is the second purchase I’ve made and the service has been excellent! I will continue to go here.
