The car that my boyfriend purchased for me was a surprise. Kevin and Eddie made everything happen to keep it a surprise including bringing the Jeep to my house and putting a bow on it!

The price was a lot higher than we wanted to spend but the vehicle was well worth it, so we took a chance. After meeting Ed, we knew we would enjoy dealing with him. He was friendly, kind, a great listener, confident in his sales ability without being pushy, as well as with his dealership. We can understand why your dealership is growing. Everyone we encountered was very helpful. We have a few little issues with a missing second key but Ed is bending over backwords to help us out. Ed has such a great personality that it would be difficult to not like him and trust his word. What an asset to this dealership. Give him a raise-his entire persona is perfect for what ever he does that deals with the public. Not everyone has his natural instincts and skills.

To being with this is the fourth vehicle to be purchased by member of our family. I was present when the first three were purchased and was waiting until the time was right to purchase my own truck (my son has a RAM 1500 as well). The professionalism of not only our personal adviser "Eddie" but of the entire team required to make a purchase happen was second to none. As a practitioner in the medical field I am sensitive to the needs of people and this organization exceeds my own level. First time car purchase. Was nervous and read horror stories online. The deal on the car was unbelievable. Eddie was upfront, honest, helpful, gave great advice and was low pressure. He was super flexible and patient while I considered different options until I was very satisfied with my final decision. He was also incredibly organized and swift with the paperwork.
