It's always a pleasant experience when I need to get my car serviced. Stephanie is very friendly and easy to work with regarding scheduling appointments and answering any questions I may have. At Tunkhannock Auto Mart I can schedule my service appointments around my work schedule, which makes it very convenient. My car is always done quick and there's never a hassle with anything.

Stopped in one evening to look at a Dodge Dart. I was looking to get something that was much better on gas but still had style and options. I spoke with Eddie. He patiently listened to all my questions and answered each with all the answers I was looking for. I was picky about the color and he said getting the car I wanted was no problem - and it wasn't. I stopped in after the weekend for a test drive - and the car I was looking at was there. Car was nice. I decided to buy after I was given a very fair deal that I loved. I was shown a few extra protection plans to help make my purchase even better. Every step was no hassle, courteous, friendly....I had bought there in the past and I look forward to doing business again in the future. My wife, Anne Marie, and myself, Ken, recently were in need of a new vehicle. After checking out the used trucks we decided to go new. We researched every brand of truck and settled on the Ram. After having bad experience upon bad experience at the Ram dealerships our last trip was to see Joe D. up at Tunkhannock Auto Mart. Joe went out of his way to find the best option for us. We purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 with the hemi and couldn't be happier. We will be back to that dealership.

I was met by Joe Dafcik upon entering the lot. I showed him the jeep I was looking for from the website. He found it parked behind 2 other cars, pulled it out and began to explain all the features. We took it for a test ride and it was everything I was looking for. While doing the paper work he found another small added discount to offer me. It was going to be a few days before I could get a ride to pick it up so Joe offered to deliver it to my home. (didn't get that from the Toyota dealer)!! He is very professional and made me feel very at ease. My first jeep came from this dealership in 1997 (Cherokee) and It is still in use today. Quality where it counts. I have purchased several vehicles from Tunkhannock Auto Mart in the last 5 years. The sales people are great and trick you with respect and courtesy. I always feel comfortable in the sales area and never feel pressured to buy. Basically it is the best place to buy a car or vehicle in the area. There is no chance of getting a bum deal because all the people you deal with are high quality and many are living in your town or neighborhood. I always go to them first when looking for a vehicle.

We were able to go in and buy a car in one day and take it back to NY that same day. The salesman was very knowledgeble. The price was excellant. Would highly recommend.
