2020 F150 Quick Service

I just picked up my 2020 F150 from McGovern Ford after droping it off for a quick oil change and tire rotation and I have to admit my experience was surprisingly pleasant. As a person who usually does all my own maintenance I was expecting some ludicrous price, a whole lot of pressured up sale, and i was worried about some kind of delay or some kind if headache, but that was not the case at all. The service was quick, painless, their inspection pointed out some things for me to keep an eye on but they didn't try and force and up sale, and the bill ended up being less then I was originally quoted for when I set up the appointment. They even topped off my wiper fluid, which I agree isn't anything major but it was a nice touch. I would absolutely recommend the service team at McGovern Ford to anyone who asks. Thank you guys!

I only needed a state inspection sticker this time. As always super service from the team led by Carlos. In and out in no time.

Carlos the man!

Last minute sticker before holidays vey accommodating right before close. Carlos comes through again in the clutch. He takes care of me every time! I would be lost without the dealership.

Pleasant experience, customer support was supportive and helpful. Waiting room was clean with plenty of amenities. Would recommend having your vehicle serviced here. You won't be disappointed.

A+ Service Department

My 2015 Ford Edge went in for a water pump replacement. Unfortunately, on my V6, 3.5 L, it's a very poor design and the front of the engine has to be removed to complete this repair. The job was 15+ hours, and took a little longer than anticipated. Carlos, in the Service department, communicated with me throughout the entire process giving me detailed updates. When he realized the repair would go into an additional day, he accomodated me with a loaner car to get back and forth to work the next day. Even though this was a very frustrating process, McGovern Ford @ Drumhill was very understanding and met every challenge to get me back in my Edge. I highly recommend this dealership to meet all your Ford repair needs!

Good service

I had recall to fix my ford edge, The service was good. Carlos in the front desk helped me, he was professional. The waiting area is clean, stocked with coffee/tea, wifi is available with computer stations. Check out desk is prompt and pleasant. It was good experience.

Love the products! Live their Service!

Service center is, and remains the reason that my family is Ford Family (we have had two Taurus's, an Expedition, 3 Escapes, an Edge, an Explorer, and 3 beatiful mustangs (Eco Boost, GT, and a Shelby). The Service Center is top notch. The front desk is on thier A game (nod to Carlos)- always professional. The waiting area is clean, stocked with coffee/tea, wifi is available with computer stations, and the kids area is while small - is thoughtful. Check out desk is prompt and pleasant. It's as good a repair experience as you'll find.

more damage then good

My experience has been a nightmare. Door was damaged, the plastics on interior scuffed, the steering wheel leather scraped like someone took a flat head to it. The person working on the car shouldn’t have a job. Thankfully the service manager will have a solution and is understanding.
