Best buying experience I have ever had

where do I start. Your young salesman Taylan was awesome. So helpful, finding the exact car I was looking for. He was so helpful and friendly. I actually wish I was buying a more expensive vehicle so he could have made more money. He deserves much praise and I hope he stays there for a long time, so I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future. Dennis was just as great. he actually helped Taylan get the car I was looking for, for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. High praises to both men.

Good Service

Everything was done that I asked. Mike the Service Manager is doing a good job. Hope the new facility gets built before long so that things will be even better.

Work was done on time.

Work was done on time and I left with a clean car and I also felt that the charges were fair.

Excellent service

Staff are always friendly and easy to work with. I especially like working with Mike Lemon. He's straightforward with when he explains what is going on. I paid $75 more at Ed Koehne this time than I would have the other two places that quoted me for the work, but I was willing to pay a little more due to the good service that I always get at Ed Koehne.

My recent service on my car

The service department always explains what they are doing and also are very good about letting me know if something will need attention soon. My car is always clean after service is performed unlike other places that leave grease on the floor and steering wheel.

Honesty does go a long way...

I believe honesty always trumps false hope. Somehow we went from almost approved for a lease, pending a detail verification, to "there is nothing we can do for you". I am confused how we went from definitely being able to get something, and taking the car for the weekend, because it was going to happen, to a call on Monday saying that it won't work. How was this not known on Friday? Ford Credit should have known this ahead of time. So we took a new car home for the weekend, showed it off to everyone, super excited to have a new car, just to have to give it back and take back our trade in. We should have been told Friday that nothing would happen, they shouldn't have let us drive the car, and they shouldn't have hyped up everything, only to destroy our happiness and turn it into disappointment. They will say anything to keep you there, hope to get you to agree to almost anything, and hope that you like something enough to pay more than you can afford. At first, I like our salesman, appeared to be honest, and maybe outside of the dealership he is, but he is definitely a "salesman" at work. I don't know why it is so hard for anyone in the car sales industry to be honest. Doesn't anyone understand that their sales would increase if they just did that? So now, I will never go there. I will tell anyone looking for a car to avoid there. (I almost sent my mother-in-law there, I am glad this happened before she did.) There are better dealers out there. Do your research, and save yourself the headaches!

Service has always been great. Thank you for reinstating the car wash. It is appreciated. I will be back when we return from Florida.

Mike explains everything that needs to be done and what needs attention right away and what can wait. honesty goes a long way with car repair shops.
