Slow service is an understatement. Was there 7 hours, they would check in on us maybe twice an hour whilst they helped other. Terrible service would not recommend.

Service team went above and beyond! Turned a bad...

Service team went above and beyond! Turned a bad experience into a good one with all of the current part shortages. I appreciate their 'thinking' of the customer. This is the 2nd time they turned a bad experience into a good one due to current part shortages. Back in March, my vehicle was still not done due to a part that was not coming in on time. Service team and ownership made sure that it wasn't going to affect my upcoming obligations. They truely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. These days, customer experience is almost gone in many industries, including automotive. I appreciate their understanding of my needs, and took care of the issue as fast as they could. Thanks again for your hard work!

My experience at this dealership was Fantastic. The salesman, Lance Richardson was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me make my transition into my newly used vehicle. We test drove a used car on a Thursday night, we noticed...

We test drove a used car on a Thursday night, we noticed the sun roof was leaking air we mentioned it to the salesman and he said he would look into getting it fixed for us. Friday morning we emailed our salesman Doug to let him know we were interested in purchasing the vehicle but would like the sunroof repaired he said he would have it taken to the body shop and fixed. He let us know it wasn't the seal but something else but it was getting fixed. Didn't hear anything on Saturday we just assumed it was still getting fixed, only to get an email on Monday morning telling us the car was sold on Saturday by another salesman!!! How is that possible it was supposed to be getting repaired so we could purchase it. So either it was never getting repaired or someone came in on a Saturday with cash in hand and it trumped us because we were financing, either way this is why being a used car salesman gets such a bad rep. I called Rick who is the manager of the used salesman to find out how this could happen and still haven't heard back from him. Crappy dealership will never go back and will tell everyone else I know not to go here! I will call rick again and if I don't hear from him I will go up the chain of command if I have to!!

Lance Richardson is one of the best car sales guys I have...

Lance Richardson is one of the best car sales guys I have ever dealt with. He found me the car of my dreams, and also helped me get financed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will highly recommend to him to friends and fam.

Chevy Cruz lemon

We purchase 2014 Cruz 2weeks later 2 hoses blew they fixed but it cost us 150.00 in towing 1 week later the turbo booster went out 1400.00 they hold us too bad. Lance the salesman us a real con man would never go back second car we bought from them also

Great follow up

Great communication and education around the buying process for out of state purchase. They followed up really well, not blowing up my phone like other dealers.

Skalnek Ford excellent lease experience,

I had an awesome experience leasing my F150 Platinum at Skalnek, started with a call for a used F150 based on price, but Rick Brewer, Sales manager was able to craft the monthly payment within my budget. The sales team of Jessica Carels and Brandon Harty provided a best-in-class delivery experience. I had forgotten to remove a couple items from my lease turn-in vehicle and they removed them and shipped them tO me at no cost. I started shopping for a new truck 60 days before lease termination, RAM, Denali and Tundra, and at all three dealerships I had to go though the back and forth, let me talk to my manager and would you do it for this payment even when I had told them my payment requirements. Not at Skalnek, Rick Brewer was direct and made the process seamless. Also, they were able to locate and trade with another dealer for the exact color and equipment I wanted. If you are looking for a Ford, this is a down to earth dealership, with a no BS, customer focused style. Gold Standard!

Leased F150, great experieince
