Skalnek Ford

My truck had a catastrophic engine failure right before Christmas so I was forced to buy a new vehicle. I had specific criteria I was looking for and had to do a search of dealerships with a 250 mile radius of my house before I found what I was looking for. Skalnek Ford had a truck with the right features, low mileage and good price. Since I was out of state, I was worried about sales tax and how the sale process would go. Kaycy at Skalnek Ford made the entire process easy and painless. It was worth the 6 hour drive. If you are in the Lake Orion, MI area and need to buy a new/used vehicle, I strongly recommend that you go and see them. You won't be disappointed.

Saw a used car on the net at Skalnek Ford and made an appointment to check it out. I dealt with Ted Coon a sales rep in used cars. He was great to deal with and after i purchased the car i dealt with Jeff the business manager who was also great to deal with in explaining my warranty options. Every one i talked to during my buying experience was friendly and helpful. At no time was there any pressure to buy this vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a car or truck.

I was tuned down from another ford dealer when they didn't want to work hard to get me the truck I wanted. So I called Skalnek Ford and asked for Ryan Marshall, which was referred to me by a friend that had purchased a truck there with Ryan a few months beforehand. Ryan told me that he would work hard and do all that he could to get me in an F150 and he said not to worry that he would make it happen. He put in a lot of work to workout this deal, but this truck means more to me than just a truck! Its what I've always wanted! I can't thank the people at Skalnek Ford enough for working hard to get what I wanted! Thank you Ryan for making it happen! It was fast and painless, everything was fair and clearly explained and I couldn't be happier with the experience!!

My wife and I were looking for an Escape and luckily ended up working with Ryan Marshall. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were never rushed into making a decision to buy and ended up leasing the 2017 Escape SE. Ryan did a fine job of explaining the use of the sync system which gave us a good start at working with it.
