Skalnek Ford

Vehicle has been at this dealership since 5/29/18 for engine misfire condition. Ford Engineering experts and dealership personnel cannot repair this lemon. Terrible.

Lance Richardson in the Used Vehicles Office was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. He was friendly and well informed, and made the process easy. We live about 45 minutes away, and he answered questions over the phone, and had the car ready for a test drive when we got there. I am very pleased with the vehicle and service , and will recommend Skalnek Ford and Lance to friends and family.

Went twice to get an oil change and they did not change the oil But they were very nice about trying to sell me an Extended warranty

My salesman, John Dew, went above and beyond to not only get the issues taken care of at no charge to me; but picked up my car at my house, left me with a rental car, had my car fixed within 24 hours, and dropped my car back off at my house and picked up the rental the very next day. To say that Skalnek does right by their customers and does the Ford name proud is an understatement. Your dealership and staff are the epitome of complete and total customer satisfaction. This is the way it should be at all Ford dealers, but it is not. Skalnek does it right. I don't live nearby, but I will never go to another Ford dealer except this one again. A+
