He is well informed, listens to your wants and desires and with Chris's expertise and tenacity makes it work to put you in a new car!!! He has always made everything simple and painless. He even had our car delivered and a finance person come to our home so we didn't have to bring our baby out after a long day. Tom has always been helpful and answers messages quickly and to my satisfaction. It is a pleasure to work with Tom and you feel like one of the family everytime you enter Szott Ford.

My recent experience purchasing a new 2014 F-150 from Clay Rowland at Szott Ford was probably the best automotive purchasing experience I've ever had. Clay was quick to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and options available on the various F-150 models which is very impressive as there are a lot of them! Both Clay and Anthony Ketchum (the Finance Manager) were very personable and worked hard to get me a deal that was a win-win for both sides. And because of my work schedule, Clay delivered my new truck 25 miles to my door the following day! It was a great experience and I will certainly be coming back to the two of them for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Clay and Anthony and Szott Ford.

I had a 2013 Ford Fusion with 70,000 miles on it and I was able to trade it in for a new 2014 Focus with 30 miles on it and drop my monthly payment by $100 with no money down. Adam, the sales person was very easy to talk to and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership. They are even paying for my first oil change and every 5th one after that.

My salesman, Adam Waybrant, and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure that I got the car I wanted at the price I needed. Our daughter was in the market for a new car. My husband & I have bought 2 trucks from Szott and our son has leased an Edge from Szott as well. Our daughter had done some previous car shopping elsewhere with no success, getting the "run around." We went in, test drove some vehicles and she decided on a 2015 Fusion. There was no hassling or haggling. She pulled out of the dealership a few hours later in her brand new Fusion. It couldn't have gone any smoother. She said as we were leaving, "Wow!
