First time customer very skeptical i'm buying a used car. Always felt that I was buying somebody else's problems. Found a small concern after purchasing the car and a couple months later Randy was very helpful and correcting my concern and not brushing me off after the purchase. For that they have earned a lifetime customer. Great customer service will always win my business.

I received a letter stating the dealer was looking for Ford Escapes. So I reached out and Clay Rowland and Chris Boan to see if I was able to do anything. My only request was for a 4 wheel drive Escape and the top luggage rack. My current Escape was a 2 wheel drive. They found a car, I sent them a copy of my current car statement provided them with my X/Z pin number and filled out a credit application and gave them my insurance agents name and phone number all over e-mail. They put everything together with no work on my part. The car was made available to me at a quick and convenient time. Clay and Chris are a great individually and as a team. I have had 7 prior Fords purchases/leases and I have owned other brands also. But this was by far the easiest transaction I have ever done. No Surprises!!!
