My First Ford
I went into Szott to test drive a Ford Fusion. I met Adam Waybrant who arranged for a test drive. I liked the Fusion but there wasn't one in stock with the options I wanted. Adam found exactly what I wanted at another dealership and I bought my first Ford. Adam was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and he listened to my preferences and specifications. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

MY FIRST NEW CAR PURCHASE IN 12 YEARS-YIKES, I ALWAYS BEEN A FORD GUY. THE SZOTT TEAM WAS SO EXCELLENT IN THE WAY THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMERS THAT COME IN, CHRIS THE SALES FLOOR MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO GET ME IN A NEW ESCAPE WITH THE OPTIONS AND TUXEDO BLACK WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2016. IT IS A BRILLIANT COLOR, TOM WAS ONE OF THE SALESMAN AND RYAN ALSO ASSISTED IN QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, WHAT I REALLY NOTICED WAS A SIGN TOM HAD UP IN HIS CUBE, IT STATES THE CORE VALUES OF THE SZOTT DELAERSHIP. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE DESIRE TO BE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO, THE WHOLE STAFF SHINED, I FELT NO PRESSURE, I FELT RESPECTED, AND TREATED EXTREMELY WELL. Great experience
I recently purchased a 2015 F-Series through Adam Waybrant. He did an excellent job. When we first discussed a possible purchase, Adam had the vehicle up front all ready for me to look at when I arrived. I took a couple of hours trying to decide what I wanted. Adam was very patient. He crunched number after number trying to find what vehicle that would meet my needs. After countless trips outside to look at different models, I finally decided. Through the process, Adam demonstrated pure professionalism. What impressed me was how my granddaughters (ages 3 & 5) were treated when I took delivery. He made sure they had drinks, popcorn and balloons. That meant a lot to me. Attention to detail. Not being tech-savvy, Adam took us outside to demonstrate all the technology on my vehicle. Of course we didn't quite understand all of it, Adam suggested we take the vehicle home try things out and feel free to come back or call any time and he will go over everything we don't understand . His emails and phone calls after the purchase were appreciated. Adam is truly professional. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

Ford Edge
I originally went into to get my old Ford Focus serviced because the front driver knuckle and caliper failed. The Service department told me how much it would cost and informed me it likely would not be worth the fix so I went over to the Used Sales Department and met with Mike Gabler. He had worked with my family before and I went to him on their recommendation and couldn't be happier. I told him I planned on looking at an Escape and he told me an Edge could be just as good since my wife and I are planning on starting a family in the near future. He also arranged to have my old Ford Focus purchased by the dealer to help pay for it's service that I as responsible for. He listened to what features I was looking for, mainly gas mileage, and what my budget was. He never once pushed me to go above my budget or sell me features I felt I would not use. One of the things he did tell me that really rang true to me was "If you are planning on owning your car for a long time, then make sure you are happy with it," which ultimately lead me to the Edge that I purchased. What made it even better was that I got him later than I expected and the whole sales process took us longer than they were open, but he never once told us we would have to put it on hold. He and his supervisor stayed after hours while the financing and new insurance were processed. Even after I drove off the lot with my car that day, he called me several days later to tell me that my license plate was ready for pick up and even put it on the car for me. I would highly recommend him, and Szott Ford to anyone looking for a new car or dealership in general.

F-150
I now have a Ford dealership and a salesman to return too . TOM RYAN makes buying/leasing a vehicle quick and joyful, I called him on the advice of my niece Ashley Stokes ( returning customer) told him what I wanted 2015 F-150 and what we wanted to pay and 15 minutes later we had a deal, and he has a returning customer for life. Excellent experience
We leased a new F150 XLT Supercrew. Our salesman was Clay. We drove from 4 hours away to lease our F150 from Szott Ford. The staff made us all feel welcome and Clay did a wonderful job getting us the best deal, which no one could beat. We would recommend Szott Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We were extremely satisfied With the over all treatment from szott ford. #1 Was the honesty. #2 Not pushy. #3 Customer service was top notch. My husband and I walked in on satturday just to look at a car that we had seen online & Tony Pizii came out to help us and I have to tell you he passed all of our tests... We researched all of the info on the cars that we were interested in and then we played dumb to see if he was going to be honest he was so honest which earned our highest respect, he wasn't pushy, or slimmy. Tony& Randy were top notch honest guys...and I'm the first to tell you that I've got a chip on my shoulder when it comes to car salesmen (sry!)
