Szott Ford

I listen to the Detroit Cast podcast and Szott Ford advertises on the show. That is what made me go to their dealership when looking for a car. When we got there my wife and I were just looking, then Tony Pizii came out and asked if he could help us. He is very honest and helpful. He got us in a 2014 Focus very quickly and got us a low interest rate, with the help of Randy Forsyth. Thanks guys you made it a great car buying experience. Also it was great meeting Big E. Detroit Cast fans know who I'm talking about.

My father is a Ford retiree so I have been a loyal customer for many years. That said, I have had some very poor Ford dealership experiences that nearly pushed me to another brand. Luckily I made the decision to visit Szott Ford. I just picked up my second lease from them and I couldn't be happier. My previous Focus was totaled when another driver ran a red light at a busy intersection. While test driving several competitor cars I wanted to give Ford the opportunity to sell me another Focus. The team of Dave Baldini, salegirl in training Cierra, Chris Boan and Anthony Ketchum really made my need to buy a car an easy transition. Needless to say I unexpected drove away in a 2014 Focus Titanium Hatchback which will allow for me to continue to travel efficiently. Also informative was Bill Groff in the service department and Jordan in the Accessory department. Overall the global environment of Szott Ford really made my day and would recommend anyone to check out their lot.
