Great Experience at Randy Wise
We stopped in one evening at your used car lot in Fenton to look at a Tahoe. Rick Leyanna came out to check on us and allowed us to test drive the Tahoe. We realized that the Tahoe was not exactly what we wanted, and came back another time to look at a few more vehicles. Rick was there each time assisting us with whatever we needed. He also called or sent emails occasionally with more vehicles that he thought that we might be interested in. He was not pushy about the vehicles. He was simply informative. He was very professional and helpful. We visited several other local dealerships and not one of them ever called us back like Rick did. Not only that, but after we purchased the Traverse, he called the next day to check on us and to wish me a happy birthday. We appreciate all that he did for us. Stephanie Hill

Used car purchase
Rick met us when we entered the lot. He was very personable without being pushy. He answered our questions and helped us with our preliminary choices. We didn't commit on the first visit; I asked him to NOT call me and he did not, I appreciate that. I later returned to the dealership and drove other model vehicles trying to determine which car would best meet our needs. Rick was very helpful in this process which led to the ultimate purchase of our Lacrosse.

Excellent Experience
Everyone at Randy Wise was very competent and friendly. The sales person who helped us with our purchase was phenomenal! She answered all of our questions and really took care of us. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed with the vehicle we purchasds and the sales person who dealt with us and the used car manager made sure all of our concerns were addressed and fixed promptly. We really enjoyed our experience and would totally recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. Way to go Randy Wise!

Great experience
My husband and I had a really great experience at Randy Wise. The staff was very competent and friendly. We had a few concerns about the vehicle that we purchased and the service department took care of all of them. The sales person who took care of us really took her time to answer all of our questions and to make sure we were totally satisfied before we purchased our vehicle. The used car sales manager too really good care of us too. Overall we were completely happy with our experience and would highly recommend their dealership to anyone. Thanks Randy Wise!

non standard challenge
I would like to tell you about someone who in my opinion deserves Kudo’s and more for her efforts. Her name is Shauna Groulx. Miss Groulx works at Randy Wise in Fenton, MI. Let me start out by stating that I was a legacy client, and the problems I had were not with the dealership. I had been working on my problem with Shauna’s predecessor. The last contact I had with him, he assured me that Shauna would be made aware of my predicament and would help me with a solution. Unfortunately, when I contacted her, she had no knowledge of what was going on, but she dove right in anyway. We seemed to be making progress, then I encountered more road blocks. I went back to Shauna and she came up with a creative solution that finally put this endeavor to bed with a phone call and a fax. This is something that I started last year and I was glad that Shauna could finally resolve it for me. I spent 32 years in the automotive field. The only legacy I left behind was the fact that I got things done no matter what. This is a quality that I observed in Shauna. She used her creativity and knowledge of process to leverage a solution for me. This is something that I really appreciate and I hope she will be rewarded for her efforts.
