Rick met us when we entered the lot. He was very personable without being pushy. He answered our questions and helped us with our preliminary choices. We didn't commit on the first visit; I asked him to NOT call me and he did not, I appreciate that. I later returned to the dealership and drove other model vehicles trying to determine which car would best meet our needs. Rick was very helpful in this process which led to the ultimate purchase of our Lacrosse.

I would like to tell you about someone who in my opinion deserves Kudo’s and more for her efforts. Her name is Shauna Groulx. Miss Groulx works at Randy Wise in Fenton, MI. Let me start out by stating that I was a legacy client, and the problems I had were not with the dealership. I had been working on my problem with Shauna’s predecessor. The last contact I had with him, he assured me that Shauna would be made aware of my predicament and would help me with a solution. Unfortunately, when I contacted her, she had no knowledge of what was going on, but she dove right in anyway. We seemed to be making progress, then I encountered more road blocks. I went back to Shauna and she came up with a creative solution that finally put this endeavor to bed with a phone call and a fax. This is something that I started last year and I was glad that Shauna could finally resolve it for me. I spent 32 years in the automotive field. The only legacy I left behind was the fact that I got things done no matter what. This is a quality that I observed in Shauna. She used her creativity and knowledge of process to leverage a solution for me. This is something that I really appreciate and I hope she will be rewarded for her efforts. I had been eying a Chevy truck online at Randy Wise. Drove to the lot, and Bryan introduced himself. I had many questions, he didn't have all the answers, but he found Don we had the rest of the answers I was looking for. I have a lot of respect for people we go out of their way to find the right answers and not telling me what I want to hear. Thanks Bryan and Don for putting up with me. Shauna closed the deal and even found me a better interest rate. Who doesn't like to save money. Michelle is the reason I kept Randy Wise on my search list for a new truck. I had some service work done on my old vehicle in the past and dealt with Michelle on a few occasions. She went way out of her way to keep me informed about the repairs and gave me options and recommendations. Michelle even talked to the mechanics to make sure I had all the information I needed for my decision. As we go thru the daily grind, its easy to go through the motions, but Bryan, Don, Shauna, and Michelle went above and behind.
