I had been eying a Chevy truck online at Randy Wise. Drove to the lot, and Bryan introduced himself. I had many questions, he didn't have all the answers, but he found Don we had the rest of the answers I was looking for. I have a lot of respect for people we go out of their way to find the right answers and not telling me what I want to hear. Thanks Bryan and Don for putting up with me. Shauna closed the deal and even found me a better interest rate. Who doesn't like to save money. Michelle is the reason I kept Randy Wise on my search list for a new truck. I had some service work done on my old vehicle in the past and dealt with Michelle on a few occasions. She went way out of her way to keep me informed about the repairs and gave me options and recommendations. Michelle even talked to the mechanics to make sure I had all the information I needed for my decision. As we go thru the daily grind, its easy to go through the motions, but Bryan, Don, Shauna, and Michelle went above and behind. It was wonderful how straight forward Rick was with everything. And during the wait, he was very generous in letting me use his phone charger while I waited in the wait room and enjoyed some snacks and coffee. Everything went very smooth and was happy with my entire visit.

Theron Wilson was an amazing sales person! Everything went 100% perfect from start to finish. He IS the reason I leased a New 2015 Yukon because he made me aware of the great deals they were offering on them this month. I was all set to lease an Acadia and settle with that truck until he brought to my attention the options for the Yukon! I was so impressed with how well he knows the details of the Yukon and how everything works in the vehicle. I had been to 3 other dealerships and not one sales person that I met with took the time to go over the Yukon with me and explain to me the options the truck has to offer nor did they inform me that the deals on the SLE's this month were within my budget! I was looking to replace my sons car that had recently broken down. He has always wanted a duramax pickup. My first call was to Rick Leyanna who we had purchased from in the past. I told him what we were looking for and after a short search, he called me and told me of the GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax Diesel he had. I told him of the trouble we had with the car and he got to work. He was able to get us a great financing offer on the pickup truck and took the broken down car on trade. They had to have the car towed all the way from Okemos, MI and did the trade sight unseen. Rick is easy to relate to and never pushes. Shawna closed the loan for us that night and we had a new truck for my son. He was so excited, he got a ride home from college so he could pick it up and drive back to school. Great experience!!

I was not necessarily planning on getting a new car, just out shopping. I talked to Theron and he took me through his stock and my best options. After siting in the car I decided I did not want to wait and Theron helped us move through the process very quickly. He was always there until 8pm which was great because I did not have to take any time of off work. Now I am leasing and so happy with my decision. Will definitely be coming back to Thereon for future cars.

Angela and Kenny do a great job of getting customer problems resolved. I had my truck in for collision repairs and when I got it back it looked like new. Body work was outstanding, paint matched perfectly and the truck was spotless inside and out. Thanks a bunch!
