Rick Leyanna was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The process of buying my car was a a very pleasant experience. Answers all my questions, and went beyond to help achieve my goal of getting my new car. Shawna Groulx was very helpful with the financing. And again went beyond what was needed to make sure I had the best financing available.

I was on the market for a small fuel efficient all/4 wheel drive SUV. I contcted Dayna via the Randy Wise web site and she got to work finding me the right car for my needs and my budget. I had a trade in with no value beyond what I owed, and being right after Christmas, I had very little cash to work with. Dayna sent me a few forms and I completed them and sent them back. Within a day or two she had my financing taken care of and list of vehicles that met my needs. I made the trip to the dealership to have my trade in assessed, and to look at the 2014 GMC Terrain she suggested might be what I was looking for. As it is in Michigan, while at the dealership, a huge snow strom hit. Dayna suggested I take the all wheel drive Terrain home for the night, instead of the Focus I drove there, before the road conditions got any worse, and she would finish up some paperwork. I did. The Terrain is a champ in the snow and wind. I was very satisfied with the performance and handling of the vehicle in very bad road conditions. The next day I was in, with the wife's approval on the car, to finish up the paperwork. This is where Dayna and Nathaniel really earned their pay. I had a pretty bad credit score, and negative value in my trade in, and no cash to work with. I thought the deal was off. Nope, some how Dayna, Nathaniel and the Randy Wise crew made this happen. The Terrain was taken for delivery prep and I signed some papers. When the car was ready Dayna took to me the vehicle to show me how everything works. This was done in a heated showroom which was grat because there was a ton of snow and it was freezing outside. After all my questions were answered about my new car, we went back to the office and the Terrain was pulled up to the front steps of the dealership. I was given all the phone numbers and contact info I needed and all my keys. Dayna shook my hand, congratulated me on my new GMC and told me to call with any questions or concerns. I left the dealership with a brand new car, freshly detailed and filled with gas. I was more than satisfied with Dayna and the whole group at Randy Wise. So much so, I referred my parents to her. To top things off, since my purchase, Dayna has stayed in contact making sure I am happy with my purchase. They even sent me a birthday card and several vouchers for GMC services and products. All in all, top notch sales woman with Dayna, and top notch dealership with Randy Wise.

We purchase a used 2006 Mercury Montego
We had a very good experience over all, we purchased the used vehicle few months back, after having it for 2 days the car broke down on 69 while my husband was heading to work in flint at 3:30am. We had the wrecker tow it to the dealership (Randy Wise), where we purchased it. We contacted the dealership when they opened, they were very understanding and said they would have there mechanic look at it and get back with us. They did end up keeping it that week, which they brought us a loaner car, mind you we live in Ovid, Mi. We did not purchase an extended warranty either. The mechanic called us to tell us that they were going to replace the transmission, and they also paid our $125.00 wrecker bill. I must say they would get our business in the future, not many dealerships would do that. When my husband picked the car up they also gave him a voucher for a free oil change. Pretty darn nice of them. It is nice to know there is at least one good dealership out there. Thank you . Dennis and Julie Angell of Ovid, Mi.

Ever since I bought my 2012 Buick Lacrosse, I have had nothing but a great experience at Randy Wise Buick in Fenton. From the sale of my car, the maintence in the service department to my recent collision experience, I could not be happier with this dealership. During the week that my car was in collision, Angela set me up with an Enterprise representive to get me a rental car and have it there when I arrived. The repair was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. I am consistently happy with the friendliness of staff, quality of work, and overall experiences I have at this dealership. I will never buy another car at another dealership or have my car serviced any where else. Thank you Randy Wise!!

Collision repair due to accident. Tony the collision shop manager was very friendly, informative and helpful in getting the work done in a professional manner and timely. Dealership was recommended by personal mechanic who works on our vehicles. Tony is an asset to this dealership and should be rewarded for the outstanding job on our 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 repair.
