Good inspection experience.

Good inspection experience. Easy to schedule my appointment at a convenient time. I was made aware of some upcoming repairs that are needed and cost estimates. Waiting area is very comfortable with tv, snacks and drinks.

They do great work, and the facilities are clean.

They do great work, and the facilities are clean. All of the employees are knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. Now I have to fill the 25 word minimum

Service for routine maintenance and state inspection. Service advisor was very polite, pleasant and called to recommend one other maintenance update. Everything was completed earlier than expected.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Seniors, Veterans and anyone beware!!! We purchased a Jeep Trailhawk XE in August 2024. This vehicle was in the shop multiple times for electrical issues, back up camera issues and we had poor service each time. We took the vehicle to a different dealership and there were too many issues for them to fix and we were told the purchasing dealer has to repair these issues. We even contacted the national Jeep Customer Care multiple times and they were of no help. We went back to Transitowne to get the repairs done and we were told we were not welcome there and they wouldn’t fix the vehicle even though it was under warranty! We had no choice but to sell the unsafe vehicle and took a huge hit. The sales manager Travis Alessi was no help! We also discovered that there was a confidential report about this vehicle and that it had been in the shop 19 hours for electrical issues and Transitowne sold us the vehicle knowing it had problems! Then to top it off, not to honor the warranty was icing on the cake! Not a way to take care of supposed “valued customers”. They would not service the vehicle because we could claim Lemon Law. We also discovered that our sales document had numbers changed on it after we signed which our copy did not show. Isn’t that illegal???? Very disgusted with this dealership and their lack of professionalism….they took us big time!!!😡😡 Don’t let this happen to you!!!

Everything was great until the next morning.

Everything was great until the next morning. I had a tire pressure warning upon starting my truck. When the tech rotated my tires he never adjusted the air pressure. So the pressure in my front tires were ten lbs too low. I assumed that would be part of the service.

The price gouging on parts is ridiculous.

The price gouging on parts is ridiculous. I was charged 3 times the cost of the part. It?s sad that has to happen. I truly doubt I will bring my vehicle back for over charges. The mechanic did a great job besides not putting the rear seat vents back in place which I did myself. The counter service guy (Tom) was a very nice guy. I just feel these repairs shouldn?t have exceeded $2000 Not $3268.

The car I bought was a 2022 and scratches fixed very

The car I bought was a 2022 and scratches fixed very cheaply. Was told car was detailed and cleaned by them and another place. Well car is absolutely filthy. Even the visor are dirty. Not cleaned only mats. Seats full of dirt and crumbs. Offered to bring in to clean. Would rather do it myself and do it right.
