Scheduled an appointment online to get an oil change, inspection, and address my check engine light. I bought my jeep brand new in 2019 from this dealership, and truthfully was not expecting any outrageous repairs. I was told that my rear differenial was broke along with a temperature gauge, with repairs totaling over 4K. The rep told me they could fix it but it would take over 30-40 days for the parts to come in, and she was going to have a different sales rep reach out for a trade in value. So my options at this point were to trade in my jeep for a low ball trade in value, wait 30-40 days to have my jeep fixed, or try my luck with a different dealership. After talking with the non-personable sales who tried to give me a lowball trade in value because of my situation, I knew I needed to leave your dealership out of principal. The sales rep went on to tell me that this kind of repair only happens when people hit curbs - which is a bold accusation to make to a person who you?re trying to do business with. The truth is if the dealership had the parts I needed, I would have paid the overpriced repairs to get my jeep fixed. My family and I will never be coming back to this dealship, and I will talk everyone I know out of doing business with you folks.

Dropped off my truck for engine light on.
Dropped off my truck for engine light on. Which affects car starter. I went to pick up the vehicle was standing there infrint of the service clerks and for about 7-8 minutes finally was acknowledged. A gentleman said be with you in a moment. Then he asked here to pick up I said yes . He gave me my key and I ask what was wrong he said I had to ask the service clerk that was assigned to my truck . She was still talking with the other woman clerk . I waited another 5-7 minutes and she finally acknowledged me. I asked her what was wrong with the truck she said that the engine light goes on when it gets below 27 degrees. I said well that shouldn?t be right because then I would never be able to use my car starter and always be in for this engine light . She told me it?s the manufacturer. I said what do we have to do to fix it ? She said move to Florida. It was such an unacceptable statement. I could continue but that is where it was left .

The survive was good, but when there rotated my tires
The survive was good, but when there rotated my tires they should have adjusted the air pressure so my TPS would have gone on

I came here to get my 3yr old Jeep inspected.
I came here to get my 3yr old Jeep inspected. I came faithfully for oil changes and tire rotations so wasn’t expecting any kind of surprises. SURPRISE! Two of my tires will fail inspection (35000 miles on them). But look at that brand new looking spare. THEY NEVER ROTATED THE TIRES. WHAT DID I PAY FOR? Did they even change my oil? On one visit here, there were men making bigoted remarks and my concerns were ignored. Not coming here again to buy another vehicle. The person who sold me my Jeep no longer works here. And will never bring my Jeep back here either, even if it broke down a half mile away, I’d push it to the next dealer.

Totally over promised and under delivered.
Totally over promised and under delivered. One simple visit for 2 recalls and a New York State inspection and I caught them in 3 separate lies. Do they think that we?re stupid. Still waiting for a call back as to when the parts will be in. Maybe when xxxx freezes over.

Took it in for an oil leak and transmission problem and
Took it in for an oil leak and transmission problem and body work. The body shop was awesome as far as my front engine oil leak they didn?t fix because I was told it would happen 20,000 miles later and it could be a characteristic of the engine truth is they over filled my engine when doing oil changes so the pressure of to much oil caused the leak. My transmission has a converter lock up code but because I took it to auto zone to get my engine code read they said they couldn?t fix cause the code was gone and the guy at auto zone did not clear the code cause the engine light was still on when I left and stayed on for 50 miles they fixed my tire which was good they found a window actuator code in storage so I asked them to fix and they didn?t no explanation why they told me an oil change was done but when the tech showed me my oil it was still partial dirty pd for a tire rotation that I didn?t ask for just very disappointed the only positive was a got a loaner car and the body shop
