I was able to book online. I had oil change, tires rotated and inspection. It took an hour and I was seated in a nice well appointed waiting area with free coffee and snacks. There was also the daily local newspaper, relaxing TV show and clean bathrooms.

We found vehicle on Cars.Com website that was not currently available in our area and contacted dealership they took deposit so we could drive over 2 hrs to see vehicle which was what we wanted, buying process was great/ Tyler sales person very helpful with vehicle knowledge.

Sons 2022 jeep renegade has been in soon to be 6th time for same issue since August 2023. Parking, emergency brake,airbag and seatbelt lights coming on. Dinging nonstop. Everytime bring in temporary fixed but they are incompetent. Told best tech would look at it..then find out on appointment doesn't work that day or left already. Was told by girl who answered phone if don't like car trade in for another vehicle. What makes you think I would want anything from transitowne ever. I said are you willing to upgrade vehicle for same price (less than 6500 miles).we have lost 1 months of driving car because need to keep bringing in for service. Can't do that. Will never purchase another vehicle from there again.
