Great service

The service staff was excellent! Jim, Ryan and Shawn are my favorites and always make sure all my service needs are met. I only wish I had access to a loaner car while mine was in repair.

I did not like how Gary in the Body Shop did not acknowledge seeing me at the door, which lead to someone going in front of me. Claiming he did not see me at the door, blowing on my horn to let me in - RIGHT. The gentleman that took care of me was outstanding and apologized for the mishap. I have been a customer of Bob Maxey for over 48 years. I love the service and the people. M. Thomas

Service maintenance

My car was in for scheduled maintenance. I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I was provided the necessary information and asked if there were any questions. I waited on the customer waiting room . My car was ready in an hour and was given a car wash which was much appreciated. I am very impressed and happy with the service provided.

Great repairs

I dropped off car clean inside and out, it was given back to me dirty after repairs. would have been nice if it was washed. Repairs were done in a short amount of time. The Service Advisor was very informative and accurate about all repairs.

I have a 2013 Ford fusion. A lot of things were fixed on our behalf. Car was not washed but they informed us that it was to cold and it would freeze so let them know at a later date, and they will clean it. That was very nice of him. Also while wot king on the car they dropped my wife of at home and I appreciate it. Overall great job.
