Service was great; I just can't believe that I have driven over 120,000 miles and don't need an alignment; never had one.

An amazing "Ownership Experience"

Purchasing my 2012 Lincoln MKS from Bob Maxey was one of the best financial decisions I've ever made. The total experience has been amazing. Dan Kowalski, my Salesman was caring and concerned about meeting my needs as I was attempting to decide on the car that was "just right" for me. He still communicates with me to ensure that my "ownership experience" is going well. He always advises me not to hesitate to call him if there's anything he can do to make my experience more enjoyable. The service department has been totally responsive to my needs as well. When I received the letter regarding the recent recall, I was advised to come on in. I didn't even have to schedule an appointment. I had a considerable wait, but considering that I got my maintenance check, an oil change with filter, a battery check, that resulted in a new battery as well as new handles ordered due to the recall, I can't complain. My service advisor, Shawn Drummey, was quite helpful and continued to check on me to assure me that all was going well and keep me abreast of their findings. Mr. Drummey was even apologetic for the long wait. But I was in the words of Pharrell "HAPPY". MY car was being serviced, I was watching the game, having conversation with other customers who were "HAPPY" as well. I had coffee and snacks, access to a comfortable lounge and ladies room. Who could ask for more? In addition to all of this, when Mr. Drummey told me that my car was ready, the bill read (NC) or "NO Charge". My experience was absolutely amazing. You totally honored the warranty agreement. Several of my friends including my brother have purchased cars from Bob Maxey Lincoln, and I will continue to sing your praises to all who are in search of a car, new or previously owned. You've got a customer for life!!!

good service, pleasant lounge are6

Came in for oil change. Mentioned a problem with turn signal sticking. Was sort of discouraged to pursue a repair because of possible wait time without an appointment. Seemed like a minor problem that could have been quickly addressed, and maybe "squeezed in" ahead of more complicated issues. Every situation shouldn't warrant an appointment or lengthy wait time. Otherwise, oil change went fine, pleasant lounge with tv, WiFi, and snacks. Thanks!

Great service

As always the staff is professional, kind and helpful. The service done in a timely matter. I enjoy coming to this dealer and waiting it always has coffee and snacks for enjoyment while you wait. It's like a nice little break.
