New lease

I turned in my 2013 MKZ lease for a 2015 MKZ. Dennis Bradford has been my sales person for many years and he always takes care of me very promptly and efficiently! I told him what color car and options I was looking for on Monday afternoon and picked up my new car on Tuesday - plates on and insurance in place. It doesn't get any speedier than that! Thanks!

Good service department

I am very confused however.... the work done on my 2014 Escape was an oil change and rotating the tires. However the real reason I took my car in was for a recall on the fuel pump. I got the impression that they would need my car for 1-2 days, so I got a loaner (very appreciated) and put gas in it, since it was on empty. Then just a few hours later... yes, hours, I was contacted to say that my car was done. They could not get the part needed for the recall, don't know when they will get it and simply needed to "start the car" to make sure it started properly. REALLY????? What a tremendous waste of my time and money!! I think this service department is great and the people that work there are wonderful, but this is a real mystery to me. 2015 Lincoln MKS

purchased a Lincoln MKS. The service was excellent and the staff very knowledgable courteous. Two days after we took delivery a young couple driving by stopped and admired our new Lincoln. They were very impressed with the 2015 MKS

An amazing "Ownership Experience"

Purchasing my 2012 Lincoln MKS from Bob Maxey was one of the best financial decisions I've ever made. The total experience has been amazing. Dan Kowalski, my Salesman was caring and concerned about meeting my needs as I was attempting to decide on the car that was "just right" for me. He still communicates with me to ensure that my "ownership experience" is going well. He always advises me not to hesitate to call him if there's anything he can do to make my experience more enjoyable. The service department has been totally responsive to my needs as well. When I received the letter regarding the recent recall, I was advised to come on in. I didn't even have to schedule an appointment. I had a considerable wait, but considering that I got my maintenance check, an oil change with filter, a battery check, that resulted in a new battery as well as new handles ordered due to the recall, I can't complain. My service advisor, Shawn Drummey, was quite helpful and continued to check on me to assure me that all was going well and keep me abreast of their findings. Mr. Drummey was even apologetic for the long wait. But I was in the words of Pharrell "HAPPY". MY car was being serviced, I was watching the game, having conversation with other customers who were "HAPPY" as well. I had coffee and snacks, access to a comfortable lounge and ladies room. Who could ask for more? In addition to all of this, when Mr. Drummey told me that my car was ready, the bill read (NC) or "NO Charge". My experience was absolutely amazing. You totally honored the warranty agreement. Several of my friends including my brother have purchased cars from Bob Maxey Lincoln, and I will continue to sing your praises to all who are in search of a car, new or previously owned. You've got a customer for life!!!
