Great Service

Went in to buy a used 2009 Chevy Malibu. Great service from my salesman, great staff. All of my questions were answered, I love my new car.

Great sales person

Beth Cooper our sales associate made the whole experience painless. She is very detail oriented and never failed to please us. Her "can do" attitude is an asset to Al Serrra. We will be back again as long as Beth is there. Thanks Beth!

Fast service and courteous staff

Got the vehicle into the service area quickly and the work order processed. When we picked it up later, they had run it through a car wash.

Dealership visit for service

Whenever I go to the dealership im always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile, my salesman and the service advisor Ryan Burge and Barain Vaughn are always ready to take care of needs, along with Scott McDaniel, I feel very comfortable at the dealership.

1st Appointment for OIL Change/Tire Rotation

This was the first time scheduling an online appointment for an oil change. I thought I was making the appointment at Fast Lane; so I pulled into the Service entrance at Buick/GMC. A service rep looked my appt up in the system and sent me to the Chevrolet Service bldg, The appt I printed from the web site should specify location. Otherwise, the service was great! 30 min for oil change and tire rotation!
