Great service!
The service was excellent and done as promptly as was possible. The only flaw is my dissappointment that my car wasn't washed as it usually is when it is serviced.

Great Service
I took my car in for service, then they come and tell me they had to keep it because of the issues with it. I became very upset, vocal, told then I had a Dr. appointment in Bloomfield Hills, I needed my car, they said they would get me a car from Enterprise, I did not want that as they do not have GPS, I created quite a fuss, agreed to the car rental, but told them I wanted my car if it was at all possible, had to be on the road by 11:00, I talked to the service manager, sales manager, I was not happy. I received a call from Cory Youngblood at 10:00 AM telling me my car was ready. He was very courteous, helpful, had my car running, signed a couple papers, told me what was wrong with it. I was on my way. I appreciated his patience with me, never disrespectable. I thanked him for his kindness and service. It probably was a blessing in disguise that I had it serviced and they found this problem. I could have been on the freeway with a problem. I was just shocked to have them tell me they needed to keep it. Thank you for such great service. I apologize for getting so upset.
