Poor Followup Service
Poor Service after I purcahsed my used car. I can't find or get help from anyone at Alserra, all I'm getting is the runaround. Talkign to differnt people gives me nothing but differnet answers.

Great service person Mary Brown
Mary Brown was extremely pleasant & helpful. I came to pick up vehicle at end of day. Had to wait at least 10 min or so for truck to be brought up. Apparently it must be policy to wash all vehicles when done w/ service. Maybe you should re-think that policy when temps outside are at or below zero. My truck arrived dripping wet, with only the drivers side windshield clear to see out of. All other windows, including back window(of a pick up truck) and mirrors had to be scraped before I could drive away. I also had to leave vehicle unlocked overnight as I do not have a garage (I was concerned of the locks freezing). Next time, maybe you should ask if the customer would like a complimentary wash. I would have skipped it this time.

Service advisor got to me quickly with a plan and a quote. It was within my budget so I agreed. He also pointed out future work needed I could schedule. He also received me at cashier and answered questions I had. Well done!

Nail in tire
Took my GMC acadia in for a nail in the right rear tire. I mentioned that I had wheel warranty. When I received my car, they put on a new tire at no charge.

Was there for an oil change tech discovered an oil leak. The leak was fixed the same day and I was provided a free loaner car. Experience and response to the problem was excellant

Great Service at an Excellent Delearship
The service I receive from Al Serra?s VW dealership is fantastic! I recently had an emergency service call due to the very harsh winter in Michigan this year. At slightly more than 1 hour from close, I arrived at the dealership. Dan Drenikowski, the Service Consultant in charge that evening, understood the situation and worked with his team to resolve my problem very quickly. Clearly, management has worked to get a very refreshing and highly focused customer service oriented attitude throughout the organization. As a result, my car was running well again and I could make my critical meetings the next day with no worries. After two new car purchase from Al Serra dealerships in the past 3 years, I remain very happy with this family of car dealerships.

What a great experience I had. Mr. Tate Keelin is excellent to deal with. I was unsure about switching my oil changes to a car dealership but I will definitely use Al Serra in the future based on my interaction with Mr. Keelin.
