Nice facility, great service

Your associates are nice, polite and easy to work with. A very nice man from the sales room gave me a ride to panera, rude of me, I failed to ask his name. But, thank you.

Al Serra Chevrolet

I made an on-line appointment to have my vehicle serviced and apparently it didn"t go through as there was no record for my appointment. Even though the service department was backed up and I offered to come back another time, your service rep was gracious enough to get me in at that time. The mix-up was unfortunate, but kudos to your staff for going above and beyond.

Great Service and cleanliness!

We made an appointment and arrived 15-20 minutes early and your service department took us right in, the wait was very short and the car wash was an unexpected bonus!

Love That Popcorn

I bring my 2012 Buick Regal to Al Serra for all my oil changes and tire rotation.. Quality work, fair price and besides that, I love waiting eating popcorn!!!! Thank you!!
