Great service

I was very pleased with my service at Al Serra. The repairs were done quickly and handled professionally. I am especially impressed with Aaron. We have had him take care of us before, and because of him we always know we will be treated fairly and treated right.

love my subaru

Love my truck !!

Our salesperson Leann was AWESOME !!! I traveled a little over a hour to the dealership and she was all over finding what I wanted in a truck. My truck ended up coming from Ohio and was there at the dealership the next day. I only had to drive out once, being the day I picked up the truck. She did all the leg work before I arrived, making it a easy and comfortable purchase.

Great experience

Kevin Y. was very helpful and accessible. I have told my friends to see him the next time they need a vehicle. I have purchased two from him so far - he is one of the reasons you sell so many cars!

Excellent Salesman/Poor Finance Dept. Performance

My sales rep, Jim Papatheodore, was EXCELLENT from start to finish. However, the dealership took 3 days to deliver the vehicle after I provided an electronic check from a nationally-recognized bank. Although my bank verified the funds were transferred and offered to guarantee the funds in writing to the dealership, the dealership waited until their computer system showed the funds were in their account to deliver the vehicle, resulting in the delay. I used the same process for my previous 3 vehicles (a Toyota, a Honda, and a Nissan) and never had to wait...the electronic check and the signature were enough to take delivery. Additionally, when my bank attempted to contact the dealership to resolve the issue, it took them 4 attempts to reach a live person and none of the dealership's managers would cooperate to resolve the problem and deliver the vehicle. My bank indicated that 99% of dealers accept the electronic check, but that every now and again, a dealership refuses to accept it...this was one of them. The result was a reshuffling of schedules, a great deal of frustration trying to reach a live person on the phone, and an additional 24hr delay after the dealership had the electronic check for 48hrs. My sense is that management was very uncooperative and unwilling to believe that the bank would honor the electronic check. The whole experience gave me a negative impression of the dealership, particularly the senior managers (sales and general manager) with whom I spoke to attempt to resolve this issue. Bottom line: I'm very happy with my vehicle and my salesman, but I would never go back to this dealership based on how I was treated.

Purchased two vehicles at Al Serra

Don Zimmerman is the only car salesman I have ever enjoyed working with. I appreciate that he is professional, to the point, super efficient, and most of all that he doesn't push cars on buyers but instead helps them through the sale. I have now bought two cars through him as a result. The Al Serra dealership is a place I look forward to visiting and in the case of all other dealerships I dread them as most salesmen are like vultures. Wish all places were modeled after yours but then I guess your lucky they are not..lol.

Great used vehicles

Personable sales staff. Jerry helped identify several cars that would work for my needs. Great selection of used vehicles. Fair price, without hassles. This is the third used vehicle purchase I have made at Al Serra. Finance guys lined up a non-preferred credit union which I declined, otherwise I would mark excellent for buying process.

Awesome Dealership

I recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger from Al Serra online. The salesman was very informative and trustworthy. He helped get everything in line to ensure there were no problems when My family and I drove 275 miles to pick-up the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable and relaxed. During the whole process at no time did I feel pressured to make the purchase. I will be visiting this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. The service I received was worth the distance traveled for this purchase. I will definitely recommend this Dealership to friends and family.

I came back after getting an oil change earlier in the week.They discovered a major leak,which would have caused me to lose my engine. The problem was fixed and saved me thousands in repair costs! Thanks Al Serra!!
