This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had while purchasing a new car. Our sales lady, Shari Nash was so kind & helpful. She spent a lot of time helping me find just the right car for me. She made sure that I got the best financing & rebates possible. This is my second car from Al Serra's & will not be my last. Everyone treats you very nice.

My salesman, Greg Winnie, was very accommodating. He answered all questions regarding each of the vehicles and their features. He also explained the differences between leasing and buying the vehicle. It was most helpful when he compared the prices of the vehicles I was looking at along with the discounts to help me make a decision. We had given him the vehicle numbers I wanted to see ahead of time, and when we arrived he had the vehicle ready to test drive. I appreciate a salesman who has the confidence to allow the customer to make their own decision, but one who also draws attention to the essential features of the vehicle. It encouraged me when he was genuinely happy for me finding a vehicle that fits my needs. Greg also had great follow up after I had picked up my Equinox. He made sure that all of the paperwork was in order before I arrived for delivery of the vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Winnie and your dealership for any of my friends and family to purchase a vehicle in the future. We will probably come back when my husband gets tired of his Saturn and wants to trade it in for something new.

Mike was not pushy like most sales reps and he was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking at and the warranties and services. No matter how much I liked the car, mike is the reason I decided to buy that day.

Travis was very helpful and nice. My only complaint was how long I had to wait for my car to arrive, but I realize that that is not the dealership's fault. They made sure to take care of me by providing me with me a rental car while I waited.

I was able to make an appt. to have my oil changed & not wait in that mile long line. everyone was very friendly. The free popcorn was great. They give you a ride home too if you need one. No complaints!

I was so totally impressed by the sales staff, especially Erik Faulkner. He went the extra mile to make my wife and I feel comfortable, he understood our concerns in a vehicle, and our budget. Then he went to work for us to make the deal possible. With out his attention to detail and the extra effort we more the likely wouldn't of purchased our vehicle, but we're happy to say in the end we did. I know I definitely will be back in the near future to purchase another vehicle from Erick. Thank-you Al Serra!

The Salesman (Kevin Y.) was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. He was very thorough, not pushy, very cordial and friendly, genuinely interested in making sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted (as opposed to what the salesman wanted to sell me) and followed up on everything....plus some things on the vehicle that weren't quite right without my having to mention them. What a pleasant surprise. Great experience.
