OIlo Change

Made an appt.for an oil change on line. When I got to the dealership I was told they were really behind and it would be about 4 hours before my car would be done. I explained that I had a doctors appt. in 2 hours. They provided me with a loaner.Very good business tactic. Very happy with Al Serra as a whole.

Something to check on

The front desk service staff was fantastic, very friendly. The only issue I had was the service technician didn't completely tighten one of the right front lug nuts and it fell off while I was backing into my garage. I notified the services desk and they were planning to inform the service manager. No harm as I was home.

Great service and great deal

I talked to Ryan Burge a few months back because my lease car was getting up in mileage. He informed me I still owed to much to make it reasonable to turn in, and he would call me in the Spring. Then out of the blue he calls and informs me of a deal that would work for me. The whole experience was great and I ended getting a wonderful car. Its better than the last one at a lower price
