Great sales experience
We felt that there was an effort to find out what we wanted and then to find a car that fit our desires. Our salesman was very pleasant and personable--as was the sales manager who spent time with us while our salesman was getting necessary info. There was attention to detail--such as pulling the car out in front of the building during our second visit so that we could get a good look at it.

Great Job!

Leased a 2015 Buick Encore

Not ready when indicated
I received a call to pick up my car and did so after work at 6pm. Once i had checked out, I went outside to start the car and the check engine light was still on. I went back inside and found that my agent had already left for the day. I talked to a young man Jason and he followed up for me. I was asked to bring the car back in the garage where they tried to scan the car for problems which did not work. They took the car back in, scanned and found that it still needed an O2 indicator. They pulled the car in and installed the O2 indicator and drove out of the garage at about 7:05. Seems like when they drove the car outside to be picked up that someone would have noticed that the light was on. Usually have no problems at Al Serra. Was disappointed as I missed an appointment that evening. I am thankful that another agent - Jacob- followed through for me.

My experience with Al Serra was very good. My day was not interrupted. I was given a loaner car while my car was bring serviced. My car was returned to me in a timely manner. I would recommend Al Serra to my frienda and family
