I strongly recommend the Grinwald Ford service department! Our Ford had been making a knocking noise as we drove it from Colorado to Wisconsin. We needed an oil change on the way, and asked that oil change franchise to look for the problem. They found nothing. When we got to Watertown we called Ralph Schmidt at Grinwald Ford. He fit us into his schedule immediately, found the axle shaft problem, picked up the necessary parts, and replaced it WITHIN 4 HOURS! We were amazed at the low cost of the repair. GRINWALD FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT is a life-saver! We were driving from Florida to Colorado to Watertown and heard a knocking in our front left wheel area. Ralph Schmidt and his service team worked us into a Friday afternoon schedule, analyzed our situation, found the parts nearby , and fixed our problem within 4 hours!
