Grinwald Ford was an overall good experience. Kyle was a joy to work with and went out of his way to make sure he was available to meet to look at and purchase the vehicle, even outside of his scheduled hours! Truly a great guy. The dealership was clean and tidy and they made sure to have the vehicle detailed and ready to go for me. The only thing that keeps this from five stars is the dealerships low trade in offers. Either sell your vehicle ahead of time or don't expect much for trade in, you'll get low balled.
