Being in the market for a new vehicle we did our research and shopped around. Many experiences were unpleasant or uncomfortable but not with Chad! He was fun, knew his stuff, and most importantly he was honest with us about availability, pricing, and options. I found the Lincoln truck online and contacted the dealership someday. We drove 1.5 hours from Illinois and our salesman, Bill, stayed and waited for us to arrive. We did not get to the dealership till 30 mins to closing. He took his time with us and explained everything! Two days later I purchased the truck. The finance manager was great too!!! We purchased our new Expedition from Grinwald’s last week. This was our 11th purchase with this team. Chelsea was amazing to work with, exceeding our expectations!
