Great family owned dealership. Found the vehicle I was looking for and worked hard to close the deal. Impressed they gave Kyle Strauss, the first new vehicle sale for him, the freedom to work with the customer only stepping in when was time to finalize tbe paperwork. They also found us financing that was more favorable than what we had bought to the table. Overall a good experience.

I have been dealing with Grinwald Ford for a very long time. I have had 2 explorers and now I have had 3 escapes. I have dealt with Chad Wickert for every one . He is the best!!!. I would not go to anyone else. He loves what he does and he knows is stuff and he makes you feel so comfortable and he answers you questions even if they seem stupid at times. John Foltz is also great . He makes signing all those papers a breeze. Thank you Chad and John as usual a great experience. No other dealership would bend over backwards like Grinwald Ford and there employees from sales reps, financing, service, and the girls at front desk. Everyone there is great!!!. I appreciated them all.

Bill was great. No pressure; quickly answered our questions; found a match of what we wanted. Laid out all costs with no surprises and not having to run to a higher up to consult like at other dealerships.

We recently purchased a used Ford from Grinwald and have been quite happy with the experience. John Munzel and John Foltz provided answers to every question we have while offering options and add-ons to our vehicle. The lack of pressure was a pleasant change from previous dealer experiences. It's worth noting that we drove 60 miles to look at a specific vehicle and will do it again when we are in the market! There's something to be said for the "small town dealership!"
