Grindwald Ford diagnosed and correctly fixed the problem we had with our T-Bird. I would take my car back there again if it needs additional service.

Bill the salesman was great. He gave me an honest and thorough description of the truck when I spoke to him on the phone. I traveled over 500 miles to make the purchase. He offered to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. I was greeted by the owner upon arrival and everyone else that I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Grinwald Ford to anyone looking to purchase new or used. I was very impressed how neat and clean the dealership was and the overall location.

I brought my Edge in with a few issues. I do not ser anything repaired. I bought the car there so I figured I would have it serviced there. Now I feel that was a mistake. That is disappointing because people I spoke with stated they did good work.

He did his research to assure me their price was the best, even though I was probably already sold at that point. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy and never pressured me to buy.
