Missing the Mark on Customer Service
I was given a hybrid vehicle as a loaner. When the vehicle was explained to me I was told it was going to run on battery and that the gas was the back-up. The service person told me that normally they ask the customer to put the gas back in the tank they used, but told me I wouldn't have to because it was going to run on the battery. I asked many questions as I had not driven a vehicle like this before. On my way to work the next morning the first thing that happened was the low fuel light came on. Remembering what the service person told me I didn't feel concerned at first as it was supposed to be running on the battery and not on gas. When I couldn't stomach it any further I called the dealership and the person I talked to said oh my god you need to put gas in that vehicle. OK, really? I told him what was told me when I picked it up and he said I don't know why someone would say that. Well, they did. I asked him why they gave me a vehicle that was on empty when it relied on using gas. He told me that I need to understand how busy they are and that they don't have time to check. I guess they don't have time to give the right instructions either. I will not go back.

Nice dealership w/ great service

Above and beyond!!
We purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for our daughter. We drove over an hour to test drive, then purchase this car the very next day. Chad was very thorough and professional! They even included brand new floormats that the car didn't have, Chad located and had sent over at the last minute before we picked up the car. They also believe in hydration! All the bottled water one can drink.. PLUS flowers at pick up was an extra treat!! A Plus service!

Out of towners
Chad (salesman) and John (finance) were a real pleasure to deal with. We drove in from Chicago and were greeted and treated like old friends. It really was a wonderful experience to see there are still genuinely good people out there!!!! I plan on being a repeat customer despite the drive. Excellent to deal with.
Again another GREAT experience with Grinwald Ford. Biil Moran great to work with. Has great patience & lots of knowledge. Also great working with John & Chesea Grinwaid. Chelsea very knowledgeable with the necessary paperwork. And Bill had flowers for Alice just in time for Valentine's day. Will be back.

Great experience
Overall, a great experience. A nice truck at a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful! They even bought my wife flowers and gave my son a stuffed bear. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Quick and fairly simple.
Chad searched the area for a vehicle that met my requirements. There were not any that fit my wishes new or used. Took a second look on the lot and found a new one that I could settle on. It was a pleasure working with Chad.
