They weren't pushy at all and financing was honest and top tier. Trade in value was better than most and the ones that could beat it weren't flexible on final pricing. I will never give a dealer 5 stars because they have to make money too, and to give them 5 means that I would have had to make money on the deal. In general, buying a car stinks, but this experience was very smooth and somewhat enjoyable!

Chad was the salesman we worked with. We are from about 2 hours north of the dealership and he was easy to talk to over the phone and super accommodating of us showing up later than I'm sure they would have liked. Very professional and to the point, no hassle kind of guys. My husband had been looking for a while for an F-150 and they had a very fair price on a great truck, doesn't make for a much happier customer than that. I'd say from the time we got to the dealership to the time we left it was maybe 1 1/2 hours, awesome! Thanks so much for a great vehicle!

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, positive and informative. We especially like the fact that we were made to feel comfortable about being able to stop by any time with questions, especially since we are seniors and some of the technology is very foreign to us!

Prices that are already realistic and fair. No games making the deal making it take longer than needed. They had my car prepped and looking great when I picked it up. Bill was great and easy to work with. Great place to buy a car.

Moved to Watertown few years ago and in need of a car now. Reviewed the dealership and thought Bill bought lunch for all the good reviews he received. Proved me wrong. Bill is just a good ol straight shooter. Very relaxed which made for an easy transaction. He found what we wanted, explained all the options for us. Is our 46th Anniversary, he gave Alice flowers.
