Chad Wickert was great to work with. Told him what I was looking for and he was helpful in finding the right vehicle on their lot. Very knowledgeable and friendly with no pressure. Explained all the available rebates. Great communication with some humor also! Chelsea was also very friendly and easy to work with.

Andy was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He found me the right vehicle and the price was excellent. An all-around great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped at Grinwald to get a rear turn signal replaced. Im on oxygen, so I cant afford to be unnecessarily delayed. I was told to go inside quick service, and they would help me. I walked up to the counter where a Ford employee was on the phone, discussing his own private personal business. Something about his trailer, etc. He went on & on, and on while I was leaning on the counter for support. Fearing I wouldnt have enough oxygen to get home, I left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Very unprofessional.

Bill Maron was very responsive to my inquiry on the Shelby GT500. When I came in for a test drive, he knew the car, was honest, personable, and very easy to work with.

I saw the vehicle I was interested in on their Car Guru post. I set an appointment to see the car with salesman Bill Maron. Everything from that point forward was professional and user friendly. I was able to make a swift decision to purchase, and upon taking delivery was pleasantly surprised when they present my wife with a nice bouquet of flowers. Nice touch!
