Chad was a pleasure to work with and very knowledegable

Easy and pleasant.

pleasant experience

Linda and I found Bill Maron to be vevy engaging, and had friends in common. basically it was a straight forward negotiation, getting the value out of my trade and taking care of a few details. time to smile,have a new car!

What a great experience!!

My experience started with seeing the car on Cargurus.com, I emailed dealership about this vehicle, Bill responded immediately. Bill was friendly, beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After some discussion, Bill let me know that Ford was offering 1.9 financing, so from there I went to talk with John. He explained the financing, warranty options, etc. John was very knowledgeable and entertaining :) With that being said, I picked up my new used 2014 Ford Edge tonight and am extremely happy with my purchase!! Thanks for making it a great experience!!

Great car buying experience

My elderly parents wanted to buy a car. We looked at other dealerships. They didn't have a car my parents wanted to buy. I talked with Bill, he found the car they wanted and brought the car in. We bought the car and they love it. Bill treated my elderly parents with dignity. I can't tell you how much that means to everyone involved. All the people at Grinwald are nice to be around. No pressure, just quality people trying to help you find the vehicle you want and get you thru the process. It's nice to see a business today doing things right for their customers. My parents and I agree, we'd give Bill ten stars for his patience and understanding.

No pressure!

Bill Maron was a very knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful salesman with no pressure in finding the right car for me. John Foltz was awesome with the financing. I love my new car!!! John Grinwald was also kind enough to loan me a car when mine was out of commission. Thanks so much guys!

Got a fair deal

Overall experience was a great one both Johns were very friendly and happy to help and answer questions. Suggestion would be give more info on website about vehicles they have.

Pleasant and informative

The technician preparing the vehicle for ownership, Chad Wickert And John Folz all did a marvelous job of explaining the financing aspect of the Ford Escape and fully demonstrated all of the accessories from the backup camera, sirius radio, digital display, where key parts of the engine were. Those guys covered it all. And when it was all finished we were asked if there were any questions we said no because everything was so well covered and thoughtfully explained
