Bill seemed to know just what I wanted. We talked for a while and I test drove a Kia, he suggested to try a Ford Escape. Within minutes I knew I had the car I wanted. I LOVE my 2017 Escape SE. The car has Heated Front seats, Remote start, everything in is Great!!!

We saw the vehicle on the internet. Drove 90 miles to see it. The deal they offered with our trade in was better than we expected. Even after telling the sales staff we had one more dealership to visit, there was no pressure to stay. Bill and John were extremely courteous and down to earth. We do not believe we were ever treated this well at a dealership. I would definitely come back again when shopping for another vehicle. Give Grinwald a try.

Had no trouble with the purchase experience. Fun and friendly atmosphere. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. The extra time that Bill spent on setting up our Bluetooth and navigation system was extremely helpful.

This family owned dealership was very easy to work with from looking at a used car to getting through the paperwork. Straight forward and gave a nervous buyer a chance to ask questions. Prompt at replying to calls and emails. Chad was particular helpful.

He helped us determine the trim level and features that would best fit our needs and budget. When there was not an exact fit on the lot, Bill located the vehicle we wanted with the exact features we wanted, and had it ready for us quicker than either of us were expecting. John Foltz was a pleasure to deal with and he set us up with the exact financing and extended warranty/insurance that we were looking for, and didn't force us into anything we weren't interested in. He explained every part of the financing/warranty/insurance products we added. When we picked up the vehicle, Bill Maron again took the time to go through the entire vehicle with my wife and I, even though it was nearing closing time. This was the single easiest, and most pleasant, vehicle purchase that either of us had ever experienced. We cannot recommend Grinwald Ford enough. We will be back for a RS soon!

We've typically been a GM vehicle family. The past year we worked with Bill Maron and Grinwald Ford purchasing a few work vans. The experience made us rethink our personal vehicle choice.
