Excellent sales staff, very considerate and never pushy. They took time to answer my questions on warranty, vehicle specs and options, and kept me up to date on every step of the process.

We feel good about having our cars worked on at Grinwald Ford. They are very friendly. The checkups and repairs are done well. Sometimes they've even dropped us off at work or picked us when we didn't have enough cars with one in the shop. Sometimes, they have even given us a loaner car.

I did my research and knew fair price for car I wanted. I contacted Grinwald Ford and negotiated price quickly. I drove an hour to see the car. Dealer closing soon after I got there so my salesman John delivered car to me the next day. Paper work quickly signed. Dealer matched my banks APR. John took the time to show me how to use all the features on the car. My daughter and I received flowers upon delivery of the car. I got follow up phone call to make sure all was going well with the car. Worth the extra drive to Watertown to get better service!

Without a doubt this is the best service department experience I have had in 40 years of buying new vehicles They are prompt, courteous and fix the vehicle the first time. I am responsible for 6 Fords that are involved in emergency services. They do a great job of getting me in, fixing the problem by the promised time and doing it it for a fair price.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) 4 -5hrs. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hrs. Chelsea was good in getting me the extended warranty needed for the car. She had all the info and paperwork needed to accomplish it quickly. I have always had a great experience with the people @ Grinwald Ford, and their response to my needs.
