Great work and friendly service.

We have confidence in the work done at Grinwald Ford. They do a fine job with repairs, and sometimes do small jobs at no charge. They will give a free loaner car if needed or even drop off and pick up local customers from their work.

Best car buying experience we've had in years.

Most dealerships today are one of many owned by a single corporation similar to the Safro and Ewald groups. The personal part of the transaction has disappeared from these big dealers. Price negotiations are difficult with the big dealers. Their listed prices are over blue book and their trade-in offers are under blue book. Grinwald's listed prices are fair along with their trade-in offers. The dealership comes together to complete a satisfying experience for the buyer. We will definitely be back again.

Best warm and fuzzy feeling buying a new car.

After being in the car business for 25 years I didn't think it would be so hard for Michele and I to purchase a new car, after dealing with several places our salesman John Maron helped us through everything with smile. When it came time to negotiate, sales manager John Munzel made it painless. The delivery process was probably the most professional experiences that I have ever had. Business manager John Foltz explained everything to us and made it make sense to buy an extended warranty to protect us over the years. We could have gone anywhere to get a new car, we are so happy with the treatment that we received from everyone we will be their best ambassadors they have ever seen. #1 car buying experience.

missed the meaning of the wrench icon alarm

I always enjoy going there but this time my wrench icon whowing as an active alarm. I asked them about it and they said it just meant that I needed an oil change. ( I was only about 40 miles overdue from 3000) They did notify me of an active recall however and I took it to the service desk, made an appointment, had that fixed. Then they called about the wrench alarm and said it was some chewed up wires in the engine that they could fix and they did.

Truck cap

Brought in truck for cap and bedliner and it looks great and was completed in the time specified, I'm very happy with the truck and my experience with Grinwald Ford.

Grinwald Ford close to home and service with a smile.

The service at Grinwald is great. They're awesome at explaining and get to the bottom of any problems you got for them to solve. They're close to home and friendly. We did test drive a new vehicle awhile back and the salesperson was awesome to work with. Not pushy or impatient, very understanding when things didn't go as originally planned.

A FAIR DEAL

Had a nice experience dealing with Chad Wickert, Then we had to talk to a big fat dude that made the whole deal stink. He was an I'm the one that knows, know it all. Sad, pushy outdated old time sales failure as fare as I am concerned. I would buy a car from Chad again.

Great people to deal with!

This was a hassle free experience and I got a great deal. I worked with Andy Grinwald who was very knowledgeable about the Transit Connect I purchased. They didn't have the one I wanted on the lot and he got it for me the next day! The paper work with John Foltz, the finance manager, was quick and he explained it all with clarity. I would recommend working with Grinwald Ford for my next vehicle.

We now take ALL of our cars for service to Grinwald Ford

My daughter bought her 1st car last October; then we bought another car here in November -- then we started taking our 2 other cars for standard service, like oil changes. They require synthetic oil; which was a 1/4 less than the 10-minute service centers. We also got better pricing than Milwaukee & Madison on the cars we bought thru Grinwald w/o the 'sales games'.
