Hassle free, great sales staff, wonder finance staff.
Our purchase experience was simply painless, the sales person Chad, whom we worked with, was awesome, great sense of humor and more importantly well versed in the product line. He even humored us when I started asking for a hat, after all 50k for a truck, I should get a hat, not only did he give us a hat, he had flowers for my fiancé when we walked out of the finance department. Its things in life, that matter the most. Onto the finance department, zero pressure on extended warranties and other things that typical finance people do in the car buying world. We wanted an extended service contract as well as undercoating, she laid out the different options and the associated costs and that was that. No pressure what so ever. A complete side note, the finance lady Chelsea, she should be a model, absolutely stunning.

Fast, Friendly service done on time. Arrived for the appointment and vehicle was taken in immediately. Work on the vehicle took less than one hour as I awaited in the customer lounge area.

Success in making a bad engine work properly
My engine in my F150 with only about 45,000 miles was making a knocking noise. They indicated it was the cam fazers, and replaced them. We still had an issue with knocking noise. The service department worked hard to find a solution to the engine noise and did find a cure for the noise. I will say Grinwald Ford was very helpful in trying to get my problem fixed. I am very pleased with the effort by Todd Loeber and the staff to get my problem resolved. Todd, his crew, and Grinwald Ford, I feel went beyond what you would expect, to make me a happy customer. This is a to notch service department, and a quality Ford dealership. I highly recommend Grinwald Ford
