John Grinwald was a pleasure to work with, as he has been for the past 20+ years I have done business with him. I drive past any number of competitive dealerships on my drive to Watertown, but the drive has always been worth it. Chelsea Grinwald did a great job in arranging the financing of my auto, and was very professional and courteous.

I was told there was a sale on tires in June and they would MEET OR BEAT ANY PRICE. I was told a written estimate by the competitor was required. They refused to beat or even meet the price.

I purchase all my vehicles from Grinwald Ford they always have the best deal and you would not find a more honest group of people around. Dealing with John Grinwald and his daughter Chelsea gives you that feeling that you are family. They go above and beyond for the customer to make sure you are satisfied.

My car needed wheel alignment due to hitting a speed bump too fast. The machine printouts showed me that an alignment was needed and that it was corrected properly. I am always confident that Grinwald service department will properly service my car correctly.

My wife and I drove 60 miles from our home to look at a new Ford Escape & Ford Edge, which we ended up purchasing. Grinwald had the best deals we found, and we couldn't have been happier with our purchases. The staff was very friendly and presented all options to us without any added pressure. I just bought a 2012 f150 and first the truck is great. The sales guy Bill was awesome, there was no pressure at all to buy and answered all the questions I had. Overall, I will be back and my parents will be there as well soon to buy their next vehicle.
