Went for an oil change and tire rotation, received exactly what I went in for. The service department is very helpful and on top of everything, they keep you informed and are very knowledgeable.

We live 285 miles from Watertown. We arrived at your dealership late Thursday afternoon and were on our way home Friday by 11 am with a new Ford Edge. Our son, who lives in Watertown, had talked several times with John, and John was able to locate the car we were interested in. John came in on his day off, Thursday, to meet with us.
