Needed a larger Vehicle. Going to a Hybrid C-MAX was outside our comfort zone. Bill went out of his way to help . He put in the time to help us gather all the information we needed . We have Purchased two other Fords from Grinwald . A new 2014 Focus and a 2104 Fiesta program car.

I have shop for cars at other dealership and it was very unpleasant. Rude salespeople. Brought me the wrong car to test drive. Would like me test drive where I wanted to go. I did not have any of those issues at Grindwald Ford. Fair deal, no hassle, ready on time.

The dealership identified the problem and quickly did what was nesssary to get us back on the road. They gave us a car to use while repairs were made!!
