While my car was in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation we talked with Chad. Chad helped us set up the syncmyride app and explained what I needed to do to use it. He walked me through everything and explained how to get it started as well as some of the other things I could use it for besides just getting directions.

We traveled 6 hours to look at one of their vehicles and it was completely worth it! We were treated amazing and everyone was so nice. We were in and out within a few hours and left with the perfect vehicle!

Gloria worked very hard to find a truck with the options and color we wanted. Working together with the sales manager, they gave me a fair price on my trade in and with the rebates and incentives came up with a very attractive package. They were very professional and friendly. When we picked the truck up, it was showroom condition. Will be coming back for needed service and a price on a car when we replace the one we have.

I was replacing my 2011 Ford Expedition and ordered a 2015. The new design is fantastic. Andy and Chelsea worked very hard to order the vehicle I wanted. I was kept informed of the vehicle status during the entire build process.

the salesman listen to your needs in a vehicle and if they don't have it they'll look for it on the internet and get it for you. also salesman John Coughlin is very intuitive to your needs and preferences in a vehicle.

We have a 2011 Ford Edge and Todd as been great to work with even though we purchased it in Colorado from another Dealer. We have the option to have it serviced in our home town, but feel the short drive to Watertown is worth it. We highly recommend Grinwald Ford and Todd in service

I was having a tough time locating the truck I wanted in the Milwaukee, WI metro area. Some dealers had the vehicle, but played hard ball with the price. Others tried to sell me what they had rather than what I wanted. I took his advice and was extremely pleased with the entire purchase process. I spoke directly with John Grinwald, let him know what I was looking for, and he had his sales manager return my call that evening with several F150 Fx4s that had the options I was looking for. I decided on the one that best suited my needs, and was quoted a price that beat any that I had previously heard. I ended up purchasing the vehicle the following weekend. The entire process was outstanding. They took the time to listen to my needs. They immediately acted on them. And then they quoted a price that closed the deal. I also was impressed with their professionalism. I recommend them highly. Without a doubt, they will be my first and only call when I'm in the market next.

I ordered a new 2013 Ford Edge from Grinwald's in April and just picked it up last Friday. Mike Higgins, the salesman, was very helpful during the whole process. He was always willing to answer any questions that came up. I appreciate the time he spent showing me ALL the feature on my Edge and said to call if I have any questions. Chris, the business manager also was great during the purchasing of the vehicle. This was my first Ford and I love it! I would definitley return to Grinwald's the next time I need a car.

February 2012 will be a year to remember for me! I researched and shopped for exactly what I wanted. I found such a truck at Grinwald in Watertown. That's quite a distance for me to travel, but it was WELL worth it! From start to finish they were with me on what I wanted. I never once felt pressured! It was a friends helping friends experience. It is an awesome vehicle and The price was so right too! Thanks!!
