I found the salesman helpful and friendly. It was pretty straightforward experience. There was not a bunch of haggling and sitting around waiting for "management " to accept or reject my offer. I first got a hold of the dealership via the internet and let them know what my budget was and what vehicles I was interested in. They honored what I told them and did not try to get me to spend more or "push" in direction I wasn't interested in.

The whole crew was great and made us feel that our needs was meet and honored. They worked with us and made it work. They were great and we will always appreciate all they did.

I felt very well taken care of by Tanya, as an older woman shopping for a car on my own, and that I was quite secure in having her facilitate the process. When we showed up - just to ask questions on the availability of the 2020 LEAF, we were not anticipating buying a car. But ending up buying 1, we did!! It was a very good experience in all aspects and we're very happy to have the car.

Very nice and had us out in a timely manner, considering they looked pretty busy. They let us know of a recall and the approximate time it would take. As a side note, love their popcorn.
