Amazing service

Working with Keith was amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable and quick. Plus he was great with my two kids. Our experience was top notch. We love our van and would definitely purchase our next vehicle at Nissan.

Car Buying during Covid

I really liked working with Kelly. He was fun to work with. I really appreciated the steps everyone took in regards to keeping us safe during covid. Everything was clean, everyone was masked up. We visited several dealerships and this was the only one where the staff wore masks the whole time and correctly. That's important to me.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing . As soon as I parked my car I was grated by someone and asked if I needed help with anything. I told him what I was looking for and immediately went and found someone to help me look for a car . James then came out with out any hesitation ( mind you the dealership closes at 7) and help me . I told him what I was looking for and my situation financially that I was in . In less then 3 hours I was signing papers for the car I was looking to get . I’m so happy James listen to my needs and helped me get the Family car I was looking for . He stayed late just to make sure everything worked out ! I also want to thank the man who helped me when I was signing my paperwork! He reassured me that paperwork was in order ! I cannot thank you all enough there at Nissan! THANK YOU !!!

Super Experience!

Keith Strange handled my car deal and did a great job. There was another salesman that filled in for Keith for part of the deal who was equally as awesome. There were some things that needed to be done to the used car, they were handled and done in a timely fashion. Thank you for making a buying experience worth doing again!

Good experience!

Very friendly salesperson and finance manager. You gave me a full tank of gas. I haven’t had that when buying a car for several years. You got me to the perfect car that I would not have known the model to ask for.

I went test drive a car and it wasn't even to ther

I had to make a appointment to test drive the car wasn't there to test drive it at all the power steering was mess up in the car .. So I had to go somewhere else to find a car .I was very up set about the hole thing.

Constantly Misleading

Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a vehicle, constant run-around. Was texting with sales rep to purchase a car, provided year, model, and price we were looking for. Sales rep confirmed that would work. Went to dealership to sign paperwork, turns out that he "misunderstood" and set it up for a different year vehicle, so he couldn't give us the price that was IN WRITING for the one we wanted. Negotiated to lower price on the one we wanted, although still not quite what was originally agreed upon. Then, we were told financing would be through our preferred credit union, which was doing a special "no payments for 90 days", but when signing docs in the finance rep's office, was told that the financing was actually through a different credit union, with no specials. Last, but definitely not least, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we get a call from the finance department that says another document has to be signed to have automatic monthly payments made, or the interest rate will be higher than originally signed off on. One bait-and-switch after another with this place- Here, we'll sell you the truck for "this price", oh wait, no that's a different one. Here, we'll do financing with "this bank", nope, sorry, gotta go with a different one. Here, your interest rate is "4.64%", no wait, that's only if you do this.. I will absolutely NEVER do business with this dealership again. Be very careful to check and double check everything you do with them, because apparently, even having it in writing isn't good enough for them to honor their deals.
