If you MUST buy here, Don’t buy the service contract they

If you MUST buy here, Don’t buy the service contract they conn you into at signing. They don’t tell you it’s ONLY lithia shops you can go to - which is a total scam in itself - and good luck getting an appointment within a month. If you’re outside 40 miles from one? Tough luck. Took two months to fix a blown hose last year, and now we have a blown engine (?) but can’t even get it LOOKED at for another month cuz they’re ‘so booked’. I see all these other reviews about how fast their service dept is??? So maybe it’s only the service contract holders - the ones who actually purchased vehicles from them - who get tossed on the back burner. 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn’t ever go back again except now I HAVE to, due to their unscrupulous xx tactics. Don’t get roped in.

Awesome Service Department, with Cord Heideman as the

Awesome Service Department, with Cord Heideman as the manager!!! He took care of my problem right away and got me back on the road in no time. If I lived here, I would use this dealership all the time.

James and Jesse are great!

James and Jesse are great!! Straightforward and personable. They made an initial stressful situation not stressful. We purchased 2 vehicles from them this year and will certainly be returning for our next one! Highly recommend!

It's a Jeep, they leak.

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The salesman stated that the 60 day warranty would cover any problems that would arise. A week later the battery went dead and they replaced it. Then a week later the rains came and I found a cup of water on both the driver's side and the passenger's side. The repair bill to fix the leaks is $2000. They don't cover that. Their response is that it's a jeep, they leak. Thanks for nothing. My wife is looking for a new car and you can bet Lithia is not on our shopping list!!

Sergio Bazquez, the most amazing young man, our car died

Sergio Bazquez, the most amazing young man, our car died and we half to have a car for appointments. Our credit is all messed up, and this young man found us a beautiful car. He had everything together and in less than 24hours we are home with a beautiful used car. So if you need a vehicle go talk to Sergio, and you will be very pleased. Thank you Sergio!

Stay away!!

This place is an absolute joke. I just bought a truck from them. Within 30 mins of driving it off the lot, CEL comes on. Seems as if they cleared the code for the test drive. And then I went back the next day to turn in more paperwork and tell them about the check engine light. Service desk gave us the run around and said there’s nothing they could do. Sent us to the GMC dealer and they said they are booked out months. I JUST BOUGHT THE TRUCK THE DAY BEFORE. The salesman AND the finance manager never disclosed to us that the warranty I purchased doesn’t go into effect 10+ days after purchase. This place is ridiculous. Never recommending this dealership to anyone. EVER. And also never buying anything from them either! What a bunch of snakes here. Do not touch this place with a 100ft pole. If they actually cared and wanted to make this right, they would fix this. Not beat around the bush.

Sketchy salesmen and bad cars

Boyfriend bought a 2009 GMC Sierra with less than 100k on the engine and what we thought would be the perfect work truck for him. They were pushing hard to sell this truck but when are they not trying to sell anything and everything on the lot? Didn't think anything of it. 30 minutes after we left the lot the CEL comes on (2/23). We had to turn in some paper work the next day and brought up the CEL.. we were told the warranty ($3000+) was only available a week after purchase and there was nothing they could do. They said they probably couldn't fix the problem at their shop anyways so we would have to take it to Kendall Chevy for any repairs. After the service writers gave us that run around we took off and headed to Kendall Chevy where they told us they wouldn't be able to look at it until April (mind you we traded in 2 vehicles and one able to do snowy/icy weather and had a camping trip planned for 2 days after we picked it up). I called Lithia back and asked for our salesperson (Jeff) to see if I could speak with him about this and possibly have our 4 runner back until they looked at the truck because again, it was our icy weather vehicle. I was told I would receive a call back, I haven't and they're closed. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS ITS TO BUY A BRAND NEW VEHICLE!!! Even then I would be skeptical. Very dissatisfied and now we no longer have a vehicle to tow a trailer with. (It's throwing code: PO 171, fuel system). Only thing good about this place is the popcorn and flavored water. Thanks! -2009 GMC Sierra 2500 HD with the check engine light you knew it had. ;)

This was one of a few dealers that actually took time to engage with me after I contacted them via cars.com. The dealership was helpful. My appointment was with Samantha, but she was dealing with two customers when we got there and asked Brad to help us. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 star rating is they did not adhere to the indoor mask requirements. Very few employees wore one and other than us, no customers did either.
