I had to make a appointment to test drive the car wasn't there to test drive it at all the power steering was mess up in the car .. So I had to go somewhere else to find a car .I was very up set about the hole thing.

Absolutely horrible experience purchasing a vehicle, constant run-around. Was texting with sales rep to purchase a car, provided year, model, and price we were looking for. Sales rep confirmed that would work. Went to dealership to sign paperwork, turns out that he "misunderstood" and set it up for a different year vehicle, so he couldn't give us the price that was IN WRITING for the one we wanted. Negotiated to lower price on the one we wanted, although still not quite what was originally agreed upon. Then, we were told financing would be through our preferred credit union, which was doing a special "no payments for 90 days", but when signing docs in the finance rep's office, was told that the financing was actually through a different credit union, with no specials. Last, but definitely not least, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we get a call from the finance department that says another document has to be signed to have automatic monthly payments made, or the interest rate will be higher than originally signed off on. One bait-and-switch after another with this place- Here, we'll sell you the truck for "this price", oh wait, no that's a different one. Here, we'll do financing with "this bank", nope, sorry, gotta go with a different one. Here, your interest rate is "4.64%", no wait, that's only if you do this.. I will absolutely NEVER do business with this dealership again. Be very careful to check and double check everything you do with them, because apparently, even having it in writing isn't good enough for them to honor their deals.

My first service since purchasing my new Rogue. Exactly as I expected and Mr Higgins was very thorough and polite. I had additional questions and he also addressed though.

Cord Heideman was very polite and quick to help me when I came in. He got everything moving quickly and had my car back to me in the time frame he said it would take. He also washed my car as a curtesy which was a very nice surprise.

John White was very attentive, knowledgeable and even pitched in to detail vehicle. Jared was very informed and on top of what we required for finalizing sale! The Nissan Rogue is AWESOME! Oh, yeah, got great overview of all the bells and whistles on the car from John! Definitely will send our friends to Lithia when they seek excellent service or a vehicle.

Always very nice and pretty quick. Pleasant waiting room. The experience at Lithia Nissan is 1000xs better than my prior experience with K-Ford. Lithia is great and I don’t ever plan to go elsewhere.

Exceptional service and knowledgeable, helpful staff. The service team can't be beat! I purchased the lifetime oil change when I bought my Altima 2 yrs ago and every visit is fast and the staff is always extremely nice.
