quality and speed- nice combo

I took our Nissan Rogue in for a drop in oil change and point check.. great experience... all in all-wonderful service and quality work!!!!

THE BEST Service Department

The Lithia Nissan Service Department has always been a great place to take my vehicles. I started coming here when I bought a new truck with the oil change package, and they were so nice to deal with, I began to bring my second car here as well. I have had several things done to both vehicles, and they are always professional and not near as expensive as everyone always says the dealer is. I would recommend them for anything you need done on your car.

Salesperson was a typical turkey vulture

I love Nissan products! It is a great car manufacturer, but the service I received was worst than poor. I felt manipulated and was treated bad. I wish I had gone to Kendall where I always received an honest and caring customer service. My experience at Lithia Nissan was a joke compared to the one I had previously experienced at Kendall. I hope that their service department is better than their sales department!

Best Altima price around!

Was looking for a first car. Found an amazing deal on a lease for a Nissan altima. Got the sv version, wish I paid the $20 extra for the sl. Either way, great customer service, despite the horrible wait, and great car. Avg 40 mpg on the highway at 65 mph. Better than expected. Very comfortable, very affordable. Love the car. Thanks.

Lithia Nissan service department

We've purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years. What keeps us coming back is the service department, in which we have complete trust. Once you buy a car, you'll likely never deal with true salesperson again, but you will deal with the service department for years. You can trust these guys to do the work right. JJ Lawson is just a super guy, as is Ken Anderson, but I think he moved to another dealership.

Fantastic Service

After looking on the internet for the car I wanted I found it at Lithia Nissan. It was at the right price and right mileage. I sent an email and the next day called in to take a test drive. My salesman ( Colt J.) was very nice and gave me a very reasonable deal when I went to purchase. Although getting to the financing took some time to get to it really wasn't a bad experience, they have a very nice lobby with a T.V. and free coffee. When I did get to the financing guy (Tanner D.), It was one of the quickest I have been through. The Lithia Nissan team did a good job and I will do business with them the next time I need to make a car purchase.
