Everyone at this dealership had great customer service. They treated me with respect and did not hassle me at all! I loved working with Kyle he is a friendly guy who was willing to cater to my needs.

I bought my first Altima in 1999 for 22K and drove it for...

I bought my first Altima in 1999 for 22K and drove it for about eleven years. Loved that car. Recently I was in a head-on collision driving my second Altima and amazingly walked away. I swear that car saved my life. Bought my thrid 2012 Altima SL from this dealership and only paid $2000 more than my 1999 thirteen years ago (both cars were purchased brand new). In fact Kory found mine on the truck still wrapped in plastic. It made it so specical. I love this car. It's safe, affordable and beautiful. I really like all the new technology they are doing with the Nissans. As far as Kory, he is a very fun guy. I really hate car shopping but Kory made the whole exsperience fun and tolerable. The environment is low pressure because these guys are selling a great product and they know it. Kory was very knowledgable about his product and even the financing part of it. He answered all my questions promptly and got me a great deal on my lovely car. I would recommend Kory to anyone who hates car shopping because at least he will make you smile through the process. Thanks Kory. I'll be back for that Frontier.

This review is on Brandon Saboe: On arrival at Lithia Nissan, Brandon made his way over to greet I and my wife. He was very accommodating, offered to go across the street to the other lot and drive the 2004 mini cooper over to this lot where I and my wife could see and test drive it. Brandon was very courteous and hospitable to I and my wife, he welcomed us inside and offered us coffee and water and made sure we were comfortable. During the process of buying this car Brandon stayed on point and was diligent to the task at hand. Based on what I have observed of Brandon, I will be recommending him to our friends to help with all of their car needs. Steve has been contacting me about new deals for Nissan...

Steve has been contacting me about new deals for Nissan cars after i first walked in the dealer, car-shopping with zero car knowledge. He helped me narrow down to Nissan Rogue and had been sending me emails for updates of possible good deals at my price range. He is very helpful and friendly and gave me a lot of information about cars in general. After visited many dealers, I came back to Nissan because of his customer service quality. Eventually I purchased a new Rogue and the price was not bad.

Steven did such a good job with this whole process. At first I was iffy about buying the car but then he brought me numbers that I couldn't refuse. He has good presence and has a very good work ethic. I am very please with his efforts.

I have always had a positive experience when I go to Lithia Nissan Service and Ken Anderson is the most competent, courteous, kind, reassuring, and upbeat service manager I have ever had the experience to deal with. He is always fair and I always leave with a smile.

So I went to look at a specific car but I got lost on the...

So I went to look at a specific car but I got lost on the way to the dealership. Since I was from out of town I called for directions. A salesman offered to come pick me up from my current location. He was extremely nice and respectful. Unlike a lot of salesmen I have met before; Tanner was trustworthy and I did not feel as though I was being mislead in any way or pushed to spend my money. Tanner found me a good price and I found a car I LOVE, and yes this one has navigation. Amy

I contacted this dealer by phone and made a deal over the...

I contacted this dealer by phone and made a deal over the phone on a Nissan Sentra. I got a better deal than I was offered "in person" at the other Nissan dealerships I visited. I was sent an email to verify in writing what the deal included. When i went to the dealership the next day I met with Billy Krebs. Billy knew who I was immediatly, before I had introduced myself. We picked out a car and purchased it for the pre agreed on price. This was the best car buying expierience I have had at any dealership. There was no pressure sales at all, none of this back and forth to the sales manager junk. I did meet with a sales manger (JJ) but we just pretty much conversed about our Ram pickups. J.J. was the person who made the deal with me originally and the reffered me to Billy for sales. I did have to return to the dealership a few days after purchase. There was a slight scratch on the car and one of the key fobs was incorrect. When I got to the dealership Billy came right out and met me. I was introduced to Matt who was going to take care of the paint while Billy went in search of the correct key fob. I was even offered a car to drive while I waited for the repair work. Billy found the correct key fob and the car looked wonderful when it came back from paint. Matt explained in great detail the best way to deal with the scratches on black paint, which are very common. Before I left the dealership Billy had one of the lot attendants meet me at the gas station and topped off my tank , because I had traveled so far (1 1/2 hrs.). I will definately be reccomending this dealership, I am very impressed with there customer service and attention to detail. Steve & Patricia Gibson (aumsville, Oregon)
